本实用新型属于轮胎技术领域,特别涉及一种整体式的空心发泡轮。
背景技术
公知发泡轮的轮体,其本身为发泡的材质,而发泡材质的轮体本身就具有不错的弹性效果,但又为了要能够承受重量的压迫,而不致发生严重的变形,特别会预先在轮框的外缘中间,设有呈实心状或空心状的轮心部。例如专利号为200420007951 .3的专利申请文件公开一种空心发泡强化结构的改良,使轮心与轮框设为分离个体,并再使轮心由复数段分离组成,使轮体内在预先装入各段分离轮心后,使轮体仍具有向外扩张的弹性,进而令轮体可以连同轮心一起套入轮框上,使能以组装的方式完成具强化结构的发泡轮。虽然这种结构的空心发泡轮虽然可以在组装时有任何元件损坏时,能任意拆解更换,但加工复杂,工序繁多,同时在路况恶劣或者在轮胎组装误差较大时,由于轮心与轮框不为一体容易导致轮心同时和轮框发生相对位移而造成危险,又因为轮心分为复数段组成造成受力情况发生改变,使承重力集中在各段部的接合处时,极易产生变形,发生危险。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供了一种加工简单,轮心与轮毂为一体高安全性的整体式空心发泡轮,另外该实用新型还能防止轮体打滑。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种整体式的空心发泡轮,该整体式空心发泡轮包括轮毂、轮体,轮毂上设有轮心,所述的非充气结构的轮心注塑在轮毂上,非充气结构的轮心外包覆有轮体。由于非充气结构的轮心注塑在轮毂上,不用再考虑轮心与轮毂之间的连接关系,轮心与轮毂成为一个整体,不仅轮心与轮毂不会因发生相对位移而造成危险,还能因受力更加均匀从而提高整个结构的承重能力,这样整体式空心发泡轮通过上述的结构提高了它的安全性能。
进一步,所述的轮毂上表面设有复数个挡止轮体的凸挡部。由于所述的轮毂上表面设有复数个挡止轮体的凸挡部,可以完全地与轮体嵌合在一起,进而产生有效的挡止的作用,防止轮体在轮毂上打滑。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:本实用新型是一种整体式空心发泡轮,包括轮毂3、轮体1,轮毂3上设有非充气结构的轮心2,所述的非充气结构的轮心2装配在轮毂3上,这样就使加工简单,消除轮心2与轮毂3原有的安装误差,轮心2与轮毂3成为一个整体4,不仅轮心2与轮毂3不会因发生相对位移而造成危险,还能因受力更加均匀从而提高整个结构的承重能力,更加安全可靠,轮心2外包覆有轮体1,所述的轮毂3上表面设有复数个挡止轮体的凸挡部,防止轮体1在轮毂3上打滑。
如图2所示:加工该整体式空心发泡轮时,轮心2装配在轮毂3上,形成一个整体4,在轮毂3上设有凸档部,然后再将轮体1发泡在轮毂3上将轮心2包覆,凸档部与轮体1嵌合防止打滑。

1.一种整体式空心发泡轮,包括轮毂、轮体,轮毂上设有非充气结构的轮心,其特征在于:非充气结构的轮心注塑在轮毂上,所述轮心外包覆有轮体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体式空心发泡轮,其特征在于:所述的轮毂上表面设有复数个挡止轮体的凸挡部。
