本发明公开了一种金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮，它在传统的两轮电动车车轮组的轮圈上，使用模具注塑不发泡高強弹性体塑胶材料，进而制造成为免充气两轮电动车车轮，所使用的塑胶材料，也可以是不发泡聚氨酯PU高強弹性体材料，优点是：制造容易，不用装卸车轮胎，轮胎可造成高強弹性体的优良效果。

本发明涉及两轮电动车车轮技术领域，特别是一种金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮。
传统的两轮电动车车轮，通常以花鼓通过幅条连结金属车轮圈，并在其车轮圈上用装卸方法装置轮胎，此法操作复杂，费时耗力，不能装配高強弹性体的免充气轮胎。
本发明的目的是克服上述之现有技术不足之处，提供不用装卸轮胎而直接把不发泡塑胶材料，使用模具注塑在两轮电动车轮组的金属轮圈上，而制造成一种金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的，金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮，包括，两轮电动车金属车轮组轮圈、不发泡塑胶免充气轮胎，特别之处是：把花鼓用幅条连接轮圈的金属轮组，在其金属轮组的金属轮圈上注塑溶合不发泡高強弹性体塑胶免充气轮胎。
下面结合实施例对本发明的结构作进一步的说明，本发明实施例是两轮电动车金属轮圈上，注塑不发泡聚氨酯PU材料的免充气轮胎车轮，包括：花鼓用幅条连接金属车轮圈的车轮组、不发泡聚氨酯PU材料免充气轮胎，使用模具在车轮组的金属轮圈上，注塑不发泡聚氨酯PU高強弹性体免充气轮胎，进而制成为一种金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮。
本发明的优点是，制造容易，不用装卸轮胎，可直接注塑高強弹性体的不发泡塑胶材料于金属车轮圈上，制造成免充气两轮电动车车轮。

1.一种金属轮圈上注塑式免充气两轮电动车车轮，包括：两轮电动车车轮组轮圈、不发泡高強弹性体塑胶免充气轮胎，其特征在于：使用模具注塑生产方法，把不发泡高強弹性体塑胶材料，注塑于两轮电动车车轮组的金属轮圈上使其溶合而成，塑胶材料也可以使用不发泡聚氨酯PU高強弹性体材料。
