一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法
本发明涉及自行车车轮技术领域,特别是一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
传统的自行车车轮,通常以花鼓通过幅条连结金属车轮圈,并在其车轮圈上用装卸方法装置轮胎,此法操作复杂,费时耗力,不能装配高强弹性体的免充气轮胎。
本发明的目的是克服上述之现有技术不足之处,提供不用装卸轮胎而直接把不发泡塑胶材料,使用模具注塑在自行车车轮组的金属轮圈上,而方便地制造成一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的,自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法:包括,自行车轮组双层车轮圈、预制塞孔胶件,特别之处是:把花鼓用幅条连接双层轮圈的金属轮组,在其金属轮组的双层轮圈幅条条帽上孔,用预制塞孔胶件,把其双层轮圈幅条条帽上孔全部堵塞,以方便在其自行车双层轮圈上施行下一个注塑工序。
下面结合实施例对本发明的结构作进一步的说明,本发明实施例是自行车金属轮组的双层轮圈上,为准备注塑不发泡聚氨酯PU材料的免充气轮胎,设置塞孔预制硅胶件,包括:花鼓用幅条连接金属车轮双层轮圈的车轮组、预制塞孔硅胶件,先按照双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔大小尺寸,预制塞孔硅胶件,后把其双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔全部堵塞,方便下一工序使用模具在其车轮组的双层轮圈上,注塑不发泡聚氨酯免充气轮胎,成为一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
本发明的优点是,制造容易,高效快捷,可直接注塑高强弹性体的不发泡塑胶材料于金属双层轮圈上,以方便地制造免充气自行车车轮。

1.一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法,包括:自行车金属双层轮圈轮组、预制塞孔胶件,其特征在于:把自行车花鼓用幅条连接双层轮圈的金属轮组,在其轮组的双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔,用预制塞孔胶件,把其全部堵塞,也可以是用预制塞孔硅胶件。
