一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法
本发明涉及自行车车轮技术领域，特别是一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
传统的自行车车轮，通常以花鼓通过幅条连结金属车轮圈，并在其车轮圈上用装卸方法装置轮胎，此法操作复杂，费时耗力，不能装配高强弹性体的免充气轮胎。
本发明的目的是克服上述之现有技术不足之处，提供不用装卸轮胎而直接把不发泡塑胶材料，使用模具注塑在自行车车轮组的金属轮圈上，而方便地制造成一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的，自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法：包括，自行车轮组双层车轮圈、预制塞孔胶件，特别之处是：把花鼓用幅条连接双层轮圈的金属轮组，在其金属轮组的双层轮圈幅条条帽上孔，用预制塞孔胶件，把其双层轮圈幅条条帽上孔全部堵塞，以方便在其自行车双层轮圈上施行下一个注塑工序。
下面结合实施例对本发明的结构作进一步的说明，本发明实施例是自行车金属轮组的双层轮圈上，为准备注塑不发泡聚氨酯PU材料的免充气轮胎，设置塞孔预制硅胶件，包括：花鼓用幅条连接金属车轮双层轮圈的车轮组、预制塞孔硅胶件，先按照双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔大小尺寸，预制塞孔硅胶件，后把其双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔全部堵塞，方便下一工序使用模具在其车轮组的双层轮圈上，注塑不发泡聚氨酯免充气轮胎，成为一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法。
本发明的优点是，制造容易，高效快捷，可直接注塑高强弹性体的不发泡塑胶材料于金属双层轮圈上，以方便地制造免充气自行车车轮。

1.一种自行车双层轮圈上注塑方法，包括：自行车金属双层轮圈轮组、预制塞孔胶件，其特征在于：把自行车花鼓用幅条连接双层轮圈的金属轮组，在其轮组的双层轮圈的幅条条帽上孔，用预制塞孔胶件，把其全部堵塞，也可以是用预制塞孔硅胶件。
