Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 飲料調製マシン用の体積加熱装置であって、
電磁放射線を放射する放射源であり、前記放射源を少なくとも部分的に囲む液体にエネルギーを伝達するように設計された放射源と、
液体導管と、
放射スペクトルの前記電磁放射線に対して本質的に透過性であり、前記放射源を前記液体から電気的に分離するように設計された分離手段と、を含む、体積加熱装置。 - 前記加熱装置は、前記分離手段に対して前記液体を選択的に供給して前記分離手段を前記液体内に少なくとも部分的に浸漬するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記分離手段は、ガラス、石英ガラス、及び/又は珪硼酸ガラスであり、前記分離手段は、前記放射源を前記液体から熱的に分離するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記放射源はストライプフィラメントを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記放射源は蛇行フィラメントを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記放射源は、単純な螺旋、二重螺旋、及びより多くの螺旋の少なくとも1つを含む、螺旋状構造のフィラメントを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記フィラメントは本質的に線形、V字型、三角形、矩形、星形、又は蛇行形状の断面輪郭を呈する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記体積加熱装置は、前記液体を特定の厚さの膜で前記分離手段に供給するように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記膜の厚さは、前記液体により吸収されるエネルギーの割合により決定されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記膜の厚さは0.5〜6mmである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記放射源及び前記分離手段は、被覆手段により少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記被覆手段は、前記液体導管を少なくとも部分的に形成するように、前記分離手段に対して特定の距離に配置されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記被覆手段は、前記膜の前記厚さを規定するように設計されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記加熱装置は、案内手段を通過する前記液体の回転運動を生じさせるように構成された案内手段を更に含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 前記放射源は、2.2μm以上の波長を中心とする赤外スペクトルの電磁放射線を放出する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の体積加熱装置を含む、温かい飲料、特に紅茶又はコーヒーを供するように構成された飲料調製マシン。
