Claims (17)
- 溶接電源と、
ヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)と、前記HUDに動作可能に接続された制御及び通信回路とを有するコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスと、
を含み、
前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、
保護溶接用ヘルメットも着用しながら、眼鏡をかけるようにユーザによって装着されるように構成され、かつ、
前記溶接電源と無線通信するように構成される、
アーク溶接システム。 - プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムと、
ヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)と、前記HUDに動作可能に接続された制御及び通信回路とを有するコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスと、
を含み、
前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、
眼鏡をかけるようにユーザによって装着されるように構成され、かつ、
前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムと無線通信するように構成される、
仮想現実溶接システム。 - 前記制御及び通信回路は、前記溶接電源又は前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムから情報を無線受信するように構成され、かつ、前記情報を前記HUD上に表示するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続され、音声操作されたユーザコマンド情報を受信するように構成され、かつ、前記音声操作されたユーザコマンド情報を前記溶接電源又は前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに無線送信するように構成された、マイクロフォンを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続され、かつ、静止画像及び動画のうちの1つ以上を撮影するように構成されたカメラを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御及び通信回路は、無線アクセスポイントを介してインターネットにアクセスするように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、ユーザの頭部に装着されるように構成されたフレームを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記制御及び通信回路、マイクロフォン及びカメラのうちの1つ以上を含む前記フレームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのハウジングを更に含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記HUDは、前記フレームに取り付けられ、かつ、前記フレームの眉部に平行して延長する第1軸の周りの回転を介して前記フレームに対して移動可能である、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記フレームによって固定された少なくとも1つの度付きの光学レンズを更に含む、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレームは、前記ユーザの鼻の上で支持されるように構成されるブリッジと、前記ブリッジに連結され、かつ、前記ブリッジから離れて、それから遠くにある第1端部へと延長し、前記ユーザの眉の第1側部上方に位置するように構成された眉部と、前記眉部の前記第1端部に連結された第1端部を有し、かつ、自由端へと延長する第1アームであり、前記ユーザの第1の耳の近くに配置された前記自由端と共に、前記ユーザの第1のこめかみ上方に位置するように構成されている第1アームとを含む、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記ユーザの目に対する前記眉部の選択的な位置決めのために調整可能である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記溶接電源及び前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、ユーザの溶接技術を示す拡張されたインジケータと、前記HUD上に作られる次の溶接部を示すシーケンサ機能とのうちの1つ以上を提供するように協働して構成される、請求項3に記載のアーク溶接システム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、マイクロフォン、モーションセンシングデバイス及び/又はタッチセンシティブユーザインターフェースを更に含む、請求項8に記載の仮想現実溶接システム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続され、かつ、ユーザが自身の頭部を動かすと、前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに空間的情報を提供するように構成された、少なくとも1つのモーションセンシングデバイスを更に含む、請求項2に記載の仮想現実溶接システム。
- 前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続され、かつ、ユーザがコマンド情報を選択し、前記コマンド情報を前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに無線送信することを可能にするように構成された、タッチセンシティブユーザインターフェースを更に含む、請求項2から15のいずれか一項に記載の仮想現実溶接システム。
- 前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステム及び前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、仮想現実溶接プロセスと関連した仮想現実画像と、仮想現実溶接プロセスと関連した仮想キュー及びインジケータとのうちの1つ以上を前記HUD上に提供するように協働して構成される、請求項3に記載の仮想現実溶接システム。
