Claims (14)
- シミュレーション溶接システムであって、
溶接作業をシミュレートするように構成されたプログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシスと、
透明なヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)と、前記透明なHUDに動作可能に接続された制御及び通信回路とを有するモジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスと、
を含み、
前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、
ユーザーの通常の度付き眼鏡に取り付けられるように構成され、
前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムと無線通信するように構成され、
シミュレートされた溶接作業に関する情報を前記透明なHUDに表示するよう構成されている、
シミュレーション溶接システム。 - 前記制御及び通信回路は、前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムから情報を無線受信するように構成され、かつ、該情報を前記HUD上に表示するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスはマイクロフォンをさらに含み、該マイクロフォンは前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続されるとともに、音声操作されたユーザーコマンド情報を受信するように構成され、かつ、前記音声操作されたユーザーコマンド情報を前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに無線送信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスはカメラを含み、該カメラは前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続されるとともに、静止画像及び動画のうちの1つ以上を撮影するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御及び通信回路は、無線アクセスポイントを通じてインターネットにアクセスするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御及び通信回路、マイクロフォン、モーションセンシングデバイス、タッチセンシティブユーザインターフェース及びカメラのうちの1つ以上を含む少なくとも1つのハウジングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは少なくとも1つのモーションセンシングデバイスを含み、該少なくとも1つのモーションセンシングデバイスは前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続されるとともに、ユーザーが頭部を動かすと前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに空間的情報を提供するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスはタッチセンシティブユーザインターフェースをさらに含み、該タッチセンシティブユーザインターフェースは前記制御及び通信回路に動作可能に接続されるとともに、ユーザーがコマンド情報を選択し、前記コマンド情報を前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムに無線送信することを可能にするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステム及び前記モジュール形式のコンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスは、仮想現実溶接プロセスに関連する仮想現実画像と、仮想現実溶接プロセスに関連する仮想キュー及びインジケータとのうちの1つ以上を前記HUD上に提供するように協働して構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。

該無線通信インターフェイスを通じて前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムと通信を行い、
前記シミュレートされた溶接作業に関する情報を該透明なヘッドアップディスプレイに表示する
よう構成されるように該メモリに記憶されたコンピュータ実行可能命令を実行するように構成されている、コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスと、

前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムは、前記プログラム可能なプロセッサベースサブシステムが前記シミュレートされた溶接作業の間にユーザーによって作成される仮想溶接物を生成し、該仮想溶接物に対応する画像を前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスに伝達するようコンピュータ命令を実行するように構成され、
前記コンピュータ化されたアイウェアデバイスには、前記仮想溶接物の外観品質のレベルを判定するために前記仮想溶接物に対応する画像のうちの少なくとも1つの画像を分析可能な溶接認識能力を提供するよう構成された溶接訓練ソフトウェアアプリケーションがプログラムされている、
