Abstract
Description
通常20から50kHzの周波数の電力信号の発生装置と、
電力信号を同じ周波数及び所定の振幅の機械的振動に変換する変換器と、
機械的振動の振幅を大きくする(任意の)増幅器又はブースターと、
機械的振動を密封対象の材料に伝えるソノトロードと、
密封対象の材料とソノトロードとに対する接触子として動作するアンビルと、を備える。
− 上述の方向Aに沿って密封対象のストリップ状の材料1を供給し、密封する部分と、溝6と突起要素7とを係合(介入)させる工程と、
− 回転ソノトロード2に軸方向振動を伝えて、第一の軸X2及び第二の軸X4に平行な方向に沿って軸方向に、溝6又は突起要素を振動させ、密封する部分と溝6と突起要素7との間の振動する接触によって、ストリップ状の密封する部分1を密封する工程と、を備える。
− ソノトロードに供給されるエネルギーをより利用する、即ち、径方向振動だけでなく軸方向振動を利用する、
− 装置の動作に必要なエネルギーを正確に制御及び節約する、
− 所望の点又は領域での材料の密封を高い生産量及び高速で行うことと組み合わせて、密封領域内で材料を正確かつ安定して位置決めできるので、密封の質がより良くなる、
− 密封装置と密封対象材料との間の摩擦がなくなるので、材料供給の問題を克服及び材料にしわが形成されなくなる。
Claims (11)
- 電気信号発生装置(9)と、
電気信号を機械的振動に変換する変換器(9a)と、
第一の軸(X2)の周りを回転し、第一の周囲面(3)を有するソノトロード(2)と、
前記第一の軸(X2)に平行な第二の軸(X4)の周りを回転し、第二の周囲面(5)を有するアンビル(4)と、
を備える超音波密封装置であって、
前記第一の周囲面(3)と前記第二の周囲面(5)とのいずれかが円形の溝(6)を有し、
前記第二の周囲面(5)と前記第一の周囲面(3)とのいずれかが環状の突起要素(7)を有し、
前記突起要素(7)は、前記溝(6)と所定の深さ(P)で係合するよう構成され、少なくとも前記第一の軸(X2)及び前記第二の軸(X4)に沿って軸方向に前記溝(6)と関連して機能し、密封対象の材料(1)を密封するように、前記材料は、前記第一の軸(X2)及び前記第二の軸(X4)を横切る方向(A)に沿って動かされて、前記溝(6)と前記突起要素(7)とを係合させる、前記ソノトロード(2)及び前記アンビル(4)の間を通過する、
