Claims (8)
- 駆動ユニット(3)と被駆動ユニット(19)とを備えたアクチュエータ装置(1)であって、前記被駆動ユニット(19)が、第1の被駆動装置(7)を備えた第1の並進ユニット(15)と、管路システム(27)を介して前記第1の並進ユニット(15)に流体接続された、第2の被駆動装置(8)を備えた第2の並進ユニット(16)とを有し、前記駆動ユニット(3)が、前記管路システム(27)に流体接続されており、前記駆動ユニット(3)を用いて、流体が、前記第1の並進ユニット(15)と前記第2の並進ユニット(16)との間で、前記第1、第2の被駆動装置(7,8)を変位させるために交換可能であり、前記第1の並進ユニット(15)と前記第2の並進ユニット(16)とが、それぞれ1つのプリロードエレメント(12,25)を有する、アクチュエータ装置(1)において、
前記両プリロードエレメント(12,25)が、可動に支持された緊締部(4)に、互いに逆向きに支持されていることを特徴とする、アクチュエータ装置(1)。 - 前記第1の並進エレメント(14)と前記第2の並進エレメント(24)とが、同一寸法に設定された液圧的な横断面を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記第1のプリロードエレメント(12)と前記第2のプリロードエレメント(25)とが、同一のばね率を有する、請求項2記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記第1のプリロードエレメント(12)と前記第2のプリロードエレメント(25)とが、同一のプリロード力を有する、請求項3記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記第1の並進エレメント(14)および/または前記第2の並進エレメント(24)が、液圧シリンダ(14,24)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記第1の並進エレメント(14)および/または前記第2の並進エレメント(24)が、ベローズ(14,24)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記ベローズ(14,24)が、金属ベローズ(14,24)またはダイヤフラムベローズ(14,24)であって、前記ベローズ(14,24)が、同一のばね率を有する、請求項6記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
- 前記流体チャンバ(9,11,17)と前記流体管路(18,21,22)とが、圧媒液で完全に満たされている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置(1)。
