Claims (14)
- 薬剤の用量を投薬する薬物送達デバイスの駆動機構であって:
軸方向(1、2)で延びるハウジング(30)と、
カートリッジ(14)のピストン(16)と動作可能に係合して、ピストン(16)を軸方向遠位方向(1)で変位させるピストンロッド(90)と、
ハウジング(30)内で回転可能に支持され、用量を設定するための用量設定機構と選択的に係合可能である最終用量スリーブ(100)と、
ハウジング(30)にねじ係合され、最終用量スリーブ(100)に回転可能にロックされ、最終用量スリーブ(100)に対して軸方向で変位可能である、最終用量部材(105)とを含む前記駆動機構。 - 最終用量部材(105)は、ハウジング(30)と最終用量スリーブ(100)との間に径方向で挟まれる、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量部材(105)は円弧状であり、ハウジング(30)の雌ねじ山(33)と係合する雄ねじ山(106)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量部材(105)および最終用量スリーブ(100)は、対応する形状の径方向に延びる突出部(107)を受けるための、軸方向に延びる溝(101)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量部材(105)は、ハウジング(30)の内側に面する部分にある、対応する形状の径方向に延びる止め具(31)と係合する、円周方向端部にある少なくとも1つの径方向に延びる停止面(108、109)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量スリーブ(100)は軸方向端部に、初期組立て構成で最終用量部材(105)を支持する径方向外側に延びるフランジ部分(102)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量スリーブ(100)は、ハウジング(30)に対して軸方向で固定された駆動輪(80)とインサート(120)との間で、ハウジング(30)内において軸方向で拘束される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動輪(80)は、ハウジング(30)にさらに回転可能にロックされるピストンロッド(90)とねじ係合される、請求項7に記載の駆動機構。
- 中空形状の最終用量スリーブ(100)を通って延びる少なくとも1つの軸方向に延びるクラッチ部材(50、60、70)は、用量設定中は排他的に用量設定部材(85)を最終用量スリーブ(100)と選択的に係合するために、最終用量スリーブ(100)に対して軸方向で変位可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- クラッチ部材(70)は、最終用量スリーブ(100)と回転可能に係合される近位停止位置と、駆動輪(80)と回転可能に係合される遠位停止位置との間で変位可能である、請求項9に記載の駆動機構。
- クラッチ部材(70)は遠位端に、最終用量スリーブ(100)の対応する形状の径方向内側に延びる歯(104)と選択的に係合する、径方向外側に延びる歯(72)を含む、請求項9または10に記載の駆動機構。
- クラッチ部材(70)はその遠位端面に、駆動輪(80)の近位端面上の対応する冠歯車(81)と係合する冠歯車(71)を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 少なくとも1つのクラッチ部材(50、60、70)は、ハウジング(30)の近位端に位置する用量投薬ボタン(55)によって、ばね(52)の作用に抗して遠位方向(1)において軸方向で変位可能である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構(3)と、
薬剤が少なくとも部分的に充填され、駆動機構(3)のハウジング(30)内またはハウジング(30)に固定されたカートリッジホルダ(12)内に配置されるカートリッジ(14)とを含む、薬剤の用量を投薬する薬物送達デバイス。
