Abstract
Description
4種類の異なるイソシアネート成分に、硫酸バリウム又は炭酸カルシウムの一方を50%、60%及び70%の濃度で混合(fill)した。次いで、混合後直ちに、6時間後に(測定前に2分間混合する)、及び、24時間後に(測定前に2分間混合する)、これらの混合されたイソシアネート成分のそれぞれの粘度を測定した。測定された粘度を表1に示す。許容できないほど高い粘度はアスタリスク(*)で示される。
ISO A:NCO含量が29.9%、官能価、かつ、25℃の粘度が50mPa・sである、変性モノメリック4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(Bayer MaterialScience LLCから商品名Mondur CDで市販されている)。
以下の材料を、本発明に従って、40%を超える固形分含量を有するスプレーエラストマーを製造するために使用されたイソシアネート反応性成分に含有させた。
Claims (16)
- スプレー法によるポリウレタンエラストマーの製造に適するポリウレタン形成系であって、
(a)イソシアネート成分であって、前記イソシアネート成分の総重量を基準として40〜80重量%の固形分含量と、4000mPa・s未満の25℃における粘度とを有し、
(i)24〜33%のNCO含量と2〜3の官能価とを有する、少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリイソシアネートと、
(ii)前記(a)の固形分含量を得るのに十分な量で存在する、少なくとも1種の固体フィラーと
を含んでなる、前記イソシアネート成分、及び、
(b)イソシアネート反応性成分であって、前記イソシアネート反応性成分の総重量を基準として40〜80重量%の固形分含量と、4000mPa・s未満の25℃における粘度とを有し、
(i)25〜40のヒドロキシル数と2〜4の官能価とを有する、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(ii)前記(b)の固形分含量を得るのに十分な量で存在する、少なくとも1種の固体フィラーと
を含んでなる、前記イソシアネート反応性成分
を含んでなり、
前記(a)及び(b)の合計固形分含量が、前記ポリウレタン形成系の総重量を基準として40〜80重量%である、前記ポリウレタン形成系。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが、ポリメリックMDI、変性MDI又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記成分(a)及び(b)のそれぞれにおける前記固体フィラーが、硫酸バリウム及び炭酸カルシウムから選択される、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記成分(a)及び(b)のそれぞれで使用される前記フィラーが同一である、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記フィラーが硫酸バリウムである、請求項4に記載の系。
- 前記固体フィラーが、前記イソシアネート成分中に50〜70重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記固体フィラーが、前記イソシアネート反応性成分中に50〜70重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記合計固形分含量が、50〜70重量%である、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分及び前記イソシアネート反応性成分のそれぞれの粘度が、3000mPa・s未満である、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分及び前記イソシアネート反応性成分を、60〜160のNCO/OH比で反応させる、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記成分(b)が、600〜660mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル数を有するアミン系ポリエーテルポリオールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記成分(b)が、220〜260mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル数を有するプロピレンオキシド系トリオールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の系。
- 前記成分(b)が、600〜660mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル数を有するアミン系ポリエーテルポリオールをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の系。
- 請求項1に記載のポリウレタン形成系をスプレーすることにより製造されたエラストマー。
- 請求項5に記載のポリウレタン形成系をスプレーすることにより製造されたエラストマー。
- 請求項1に記載の系をスプレーすることを含んでなる、ポリウレタンエラストマーの製造方法。
