相変化物質を該第一のポリマー中に組み込むステップと、
該ポリマー部品を、周期的温度および日射条件に対して一定期間曝すステップとを包含し、
ここで、該ポリマー部品は、同じ周期的温度および日射条件に対して同じ期間曝されたときの相変化物質なしのポリマー部品と比較して低い実効温度を有する、方法。 - ある物品を作製する方法であって、
第一の物質および相変化物質を含んでいる第一の層を備えているポリマー部品を形成して、該物品を形成するステップと、
第二の物質を含んでいる第二の層を該第一の層に対して結合またはコーティングするステップと、
該物品を、周期的温度および/または日射条件に対して曝すステップとを包含し、
ここで、該物品を、周期的温度および/または日射条件に対して一定期間曝す場合、該第一の層および第二の層の熱膨張差が、同じ周期的温度および/または日射条件に対して同じ期間曝された、相変化物質なしの物品と比較して低下されている、方法。 - グレージング部品を作製する方法であって、
第一のポリマーおよび相変化物質を含んでいる第一の層を形成するステップと、
該グレージング部品を周期的温度および日射条件に対して一定期間曝すステップと、を包含し、
ここで、該グレージング部品の時間平均総日射透過率が、同じ周期的温度および日射条件に対して同じ期間曝されたときの相変化物質なしのグレージング部品と比較して低下されている、方法。 - 第二のポリマーを含んでいる第二の層を形成するステップをさらに包含している、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のポリマーが、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、または前述のうち少なくとも1つを含んでいる組み合わせを含む、請求項28および33のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第一のポリマーが、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、または前述のうち少なくとも1つを含んでいる組み合わせを含む、請求項28〜34のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
