Abstract
Description
アンモニア及び/又はその前駆体を該煙道ガス中又は排気ガス中に導入する工程;
導入されたのがアンモニアの前駆体である場合には、該前駆体をアンモニアに転化する工程;
350℃までの温度において前記ガス及びアンモニアを、酸化触媒を有する上方の第1の触媒層、及びその下層にあり、該第1の触媒層を完全に支持する、NH3−SCR触媒を有する第2の触媒層を含む層状触媒に接触させ、そして前記ガス中に含有されるアンモニアに更に影響を及ぼすことなく、前記上方の第1の触媒層中で前記一酸化炭素分及び前記揮発性有機化合物分の少なくとも一部を酸化し、そして、前記アンモニアとの反応によって、前記下層の第2の触媒層中で、窒素酸化物分を還元する工程、
を含む、上記の方法を提供する。
V/Tiをベースとする市販のSCR触媒を、TiO2上に0.45重量%Pd、4.5重量%V2O5からなる触媒でコーティングした。NOxの除去効率を測定し、そして酸化触媒で被覆されてい同じSCR触媒のNOx除去効率と比較した。その試験の結果及び条件を以下の表1に示す。
インレットガスの組成:50ppmvのNOx、55ppmvのNH3、100ppmvのCO、15体積%のO2、10体積%のH2O、残部のN2。ガスの空間速度、NHSV=27 000 h−1。温度:350℃。
Claims (13)
- 煙道ガス又は排気ガス中の一酸化炭素分、揮発性有機化合物分及び窒素酸化物分を還元する方法であって、
アンモニア及び/又はその前駆体を該煙道ガス中又は排気ガス中に導入する工程;
導入されたのがアンモニアの前駆体である場合には、該前駆体をアンモニアに転化する工程;
350℃までの温度において前記ガス及びアンモニアを、酸化触媒を有する上方の第1の触媒層、及びその下層にあって、該第1の触媒層を完全に支持する、NH3−SCR触媒を有する第2の触媒層を含む層状触媒に接触させ、そして前記ガス中に含有されるアンモニアに更に影響を及ぼすことなく、前記上方の第1の触媒層中で前記一酸化炭素分及び前記揮発性有機化合物分の少なくとも一部を酸化し、そして、前記アンモニアとの反応によって、前記下層の第2の触媒層中で、窒素酸化物分を還元する工程、
を含む、上記の方法。 - 前記第1の層中の酸化触媒が、パラジウム、酸化バナジウム及び酸化チタンからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化触媒が、酸化チタン上に支持され、そしてパラジウム0.45重量%、五酸化バナジウム4.5重量%からなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の触媒層が、10〜200ミクロンの層厚を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の触媒層が、10〜50ミクロンの層厚を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の触媒層中のNH3−SCR触媒が、タングステンの酸化物、モリブデンの酸化物、バナジウムの酸化物及びチタンの酸化物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記煙道ガス又は排気ガスが、前記層状触媒の上流又は下流のいずれかで、慣用的な非層状SCR触媒で追加的に処理される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素及び揮発性有機化合物の酸化と、アンモニアとの反応による窒素酸化物の選択的還元とを同時に行うための触媒であって、
酸化触媒の第1の層、及び該第1の層を完全に支持する、NH3−SCR触媒の第2の層を含む、上記の触媒。 - 前記酸化触媒が、パラジウム、酸化バナジウム及び酸化チタンからなる、請求項8に記載の触媒。
- 前記酸化触媒が、酸化チタン上に支持され、そしてパラジウム0.45重量%、五酸化バナジウム4.5重量%からなる、請求項9に記載の触媒。
- 前記第1の触媒層が、10〜200ミクロンの層厚を有する、請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の触媒。
- 前記第1の触媒層が、10〜50ミクロンの層厚を有する、請求項8〜11のいずれか一つに記載の触媒。
- 前記第2の触媒層中のNH3−SCR触媒が、タングステンの酸化物、モリブデンの酸化物、バナジウムの酸化物及びチタンの酸化物を含む、請求項8〜12のいずれか一つに記載の触媒。
