Description
Claims (15)
- 基板の表面から脂肪、油又はそのような疎水性の成分を除去するための脱脂混合物であり、その際、
−該脱脂混合物が、溶媒不含のケイ酸塩混合物を主成分として含有し、
−該ケイ酸塩混合物が、粗粒のフィロケイ酸塩及び粗粒のテクトケイ酸塩を含有し、
−該ケイ酸塩混合物中に含有される粒子の90質量%までが60μm未満の粒度を有し、そしてその際、
−該粗粒のフィロケイ酸塩の最大粒度が、該テクトケイ酸塩の最大粒度よりも小さい、
上記の脱脂混合物。 - 前記脱脂混合物が、少なくとも90質量%、好ましくは少なくとも95質量%のケイ酸塩混合物、及び、場合によっては、吸着剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記フィロケイ酸塩が、25μm〜65μmの最大粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記テクトケイ酸塩が、55μm〜85μmの最大粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩混合物中に含有される粒子の50質量%超が、20μm超の粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩混合物のフィロケイ酸塩の含有量が、該ケイ酸塩混合物のテクトケイ酸塩の含有量よりも高い、好ましくは1.1倍〜2倍高い、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩混合物が、20〜60質量%、好ましくは30〜50質量%のテクトケイ酸塩を含有し、そしてその際、該ケイ酸塩混合物が、40〜80質量%、好ましくは50〜70質量%のフィロケイ酸塩を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記テクトケイ酸塩及び/又はフィロケイ酸塩が、それぞれアルミノケイ酸塩である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記フィロケイ酸塩が、三層の膨張可能なフィロケイ酸塩であり、そしてその際、シリケート骨格として、ゼオライトの群から選択される少なくとも一種の成分が該ケイ酸塩混合物中に含有される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記フィロケイ酸塩が、“ベントナイト、カオリナイト、パリゴルスカイト、イライト、雲母、緑泥、パイロフィライト、イモゴライト、モンモリロナイト”の群から選択される少なくとも一種のフィロケイ酸塩である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記フィロケイ酸塩がカルシウム−ベントナイトである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 前記ベントナイトが炭酸ナトリウムによって活性化されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物。
- 脂肪、油又はそのような疎水性の成分を基板の表面から除去するためのクリーニングスティックであって、その際、該クリーニングスティック(1)が、把持部分(2)及び請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物(5)を含有するアプリケーションデバイスを有する、上記のクリーニングスティック。
- 脂肪、油又はそのような疎水性の成分を基板の表面から除去するためのクリーニングクロスであって、その際、該クリーニングクロス(7)が、繊維材料からなる少なくとも一つのクロス層(8、9)を有し、そして、その際、該クロス層(8、9)が、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物(10)を含有する、上記のクリーニングクロス。
- 脂肪、油又はそのような疎水性の成分を基板の表面から除去するための中空糸であって、その際、該中空糸(14)の空洞部(15)が、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物によって少なくとも部分的に充填され、及び/又は、その際、該中空糸(14)の外側表面(17)及び/又は内側表面(18)が、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の脱脂混合物によって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされている、上記の中空糸。
