Claims (15)
- 体内の部位へ治療物質を送達するための針組立体であって、
送達管腔(2012)を画定すると共に送り針壁(2019)、近位端(2015)、および遠位端(2014)を有する送り針(2010)であって、前記送り針壁が、前記送り針の前記可撓性を増大させるように1つまたは複数の切れ目のパターン(304)を有する送り針(2010)と、
複数の内針(2040)であって、各内針が内針管腔(2039)を画定すると共に内針壁(2041)、近位端、および遠位端(2045)を有し、前記複数の針が、収縮位置と拡張位置の間で移行するように構成される複数の内針(2040)と、
前記複数の内針の前記内針管腔と流体連通している治療物質源と
を備え、
前記複数の内針の各々が、前記拡張位置にあるときに遠位方向に延びると共に前記送り針の前記遠位端から外側にラッパ状に広がるように構成され、
前記複数の内針が、前記収縮位置にあるときに前記送達管腔内に収納される針組立体。 - 前記送り針壁(2021)の内面が、前記内針が前記収縮位置と前記拡張位置の間で移行されるときに前記内針が前記送り針壁に付着するまたは引っ掛かる可能性を減少させるまたはそれをなくすように構成された物質で被覆される、請求項1に記載の針組立体。
