連続可変ピッチを有する前記スパイラルカットを中に画定する、前記近位歪み緩和部及び前記遠位歪み緩和部のうちの前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも前記一部の外側表面の上に気密的に配設されている、管類と、

前記遠位歪み緩和部が、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との前記中間位置における前記第2のピッチ値から、前記第2のピッチ値とは異なる第3のピッチ値まで連続的に変わる、連続可変ピッチを有する前記スパイラルカットを中に画定する、

近位歪み緩和部を有する近位端部、及び遠位歪み緩和部を有する遠位端部、及び前記近位端部と前記遠位端部の中間に配設されている中間部分を有する可撓性ニードルであって、前記近位歪み緩和部は、前記近位端部と前記中間部分との間に位置しており、前記遠位歪み緩和部は、前記遠位端部と前記中間部分との間に位置しており、前記遠位端部は、組織を貫通するよう構成されている先端を画定し、前記近位歪み緩和部は、第1のピッチ値から、前記第1のピッチ値よりも小さな第2のピッチ値まで変わる連続可変ピッチを有するスパイラルカットを中に画定し、前記中間部分は、前記第2のピッチ値と実質的に一定なピッチを有する前記スパイラルカットを中に画定し、前記遠位歪み緩和部は、前記第2のピッチ値から、前記第2のピッチ値よりも大きな第3のピッチ値まで変わる連続可変ピッチを有する前記スパイラルカットを中に画定する、可撓性ニードルと、
