Abstract
Nadelbaugruppe zum Liefern einer Behandlungssubstanz an eine Stelle in dem Körper, wobei die Nadelbaugruppe umfasst: eine Liefernadel (2010), die ein Lieferlumen (2012) definiert und eine Liefernadelwand (2019), ein proximales Ende (2015) und ein distales Ende (2014) besitzt, wobei die Liefernadelwand ein oder mehrere Schnittmuster (304) aufweist, um die Flexibilität der Liefernadel zu erhöhen; eine Mehrzahl von Innennadeln (2040), wobei jede Innennadel ein Innennadellumen (2039) definiert und eine Innennadelwand (2041), ein proximales Ende und ein distales Ende (2045) besitzt, wobei die Mehrzahl von Nadeln zum Übergang zwischen einer eingezogenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position konfiguriert ist; und eine Behandlungssubstanzquelle in Fluidkommunikation mit den Innennadellumen der Mehrzahl von Innennadeln; wobei jede der Mehrzahl von Innennadeln derart konfiguriert ist, sich in einer distalen Richtung zu erstrecken und sich von dem distalen Ende der Liefernadel nach außen aufzuweiten, wenn sie sich in der ausgefahrenen Position befindet; und wobei die Mehrzahl von Innennadeln in der eingezogenen Position in dem Lieferlumen untergebracht ist.
Claims (15)
- Nadelbaugruppe zum Liefern einer Behandlungssubstanz an eine Stelle in dem Körper, wobei die Nadelbaugruppe umfasst: eine Liefernadel (
2010 ), die ein Lieferlumen (2012 ) definiert und eine Liefernadelwand (2019 ), ein proximales Ende (2015 ) und ein distales Ende (2014 ) besitzt, wobei die Liefernadelwand ein oder mehrere Schnittmuster (304 ) aufweist, um die Flexibilität der Liefernadel zu erhöhen; eine Mehrzahl von Innennadeln (2040 ), wobei jede Innennadel ein Innennadellumen (2039 ) definiert und eine Innennadelwand (2041 ), ein proximales Ende und ein distales Ende (2045 ) besitzt, wobei die Mehrzahl von Nadeln zum Übergang zwischen einer eingezogenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position konfiguriert ist; und eine Behandlungssubstanzquelle in Fluidkommunikation mit den Innennadellumen der Mehrzahl von Innennadeln; wobei jede der Mehrzahl von Innennadeln derart konfiguriert ist, sich in einer distalen Richtung zu erstrecken und sich von dem distalen Ende der Liefernadel nach außen aufzuweiten, wenn sie sich in der ausgefahrenen Position befindet; und wobei die Mehrzahl von Innennadeln in der eingezogenen Position in dem Lieferlumen untergebracht ist. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Innenwand der Liefernadelwand (
2021 ) mit einer Substanz beschichtet ist, die derart konfiguriert ist, die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die Innennadeln an der Liefernadelwand kleben oder abgefangen werden, zu reduzieren oder zu beseitigen, wenn die Innennadeln zwischen der eingezogenen Position und der ausgefahrenen Position übergehen. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Liefernadel an einer Außenfläche (
2022 ) mit Schnellgerinnungsmerkmalen, Kauterisierungsmerkmalen oder beiden beschichtet ist. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Innenfläche der Liefernadelwand ein oder mehrere Schnittmerkmale (
2042 ) aufweist, wobei das eine oder die mehreren Schnittmerkmale eine Fluidkommunikation zwischen dem Innennadellumen und einem Äußeren der Innennadeln unterstützen. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Nadelbaugruppe ferner einen flexiblen Schaft (
2030 ) umfasst, der ein distales Ende und ein proximales Ende aufweist, wobei das distale Ende des flexiblen Schafts mit den proximalen Enden der Innennadeln gekoppelt ist. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nadelbaugruppe drei Innennadeln umfasst.
- Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 6, wobei jede der Innennadeln eine distale Durchbrechung (
2044 ) in Fluidkommunikation mit dem Innennadellumen besitzt. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes der distalen Enden der Innennadeln angeschärft ist.
- Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, wobei jedes der distalen Enden der Innennadeln eine kontinuierlich abgeschrägte Fläche bildet, wobei sich der Winkel kontinuierlich entlang der Abschrägung ändert.
- Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das distale Ende der Liefernadel angeschärft ist.
- Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 10, wobei das distale Ende der Liefernadel eine kontinuierlich abgeschrägte Fläche bildet, wobei sich der Winkel kontinuierlich entlang der Abschrägung ändert.
- Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nadelbaugruppe ferner eine Verbindung zu einer Saugquelle, einem Steuermechanismus oder beidem umfasst.
- Mehrlumen-Katheterbaugruppe, umfassend: eine Biopsienadel, die in einem Lumen enthalten ist; eine Ultraschallsonde (
1116 ), die in einem zweiten Lumen enthalten ist; und einen Mechanismus zum Einstellen des Winkels der distalen Spitze der Biopsienadel, der ein oder mehrere Steuerdrähte (1106 ) umfasst. - Nadelbaugruppe nach Anspruch 13, wobei der eine oder die mehreren Steuerdrähte einen Bowdenzug umfassen.
- Verfahren zum Erhalten einer Gewebeprobe, umfassend: Einsetzen einer Nadelbaugruppe in ein Bronchoskop; Vorschieben einer oder mehrerer flexibler Nadeln (
204 ) durch eine distale Spitze der Nadelbaugruppe; Visualisieren der Spitzenposition unter Zuhilfenahme eines oder mehrerer Signaturmarker (2059 ); und Manipulieren einer Position der distalen Spitze, um die Gewebeprobe optimal zu erhalten.
