Claims (15)
- 複数のスリットを含む体壁を有する細長い管状区画と、
該管状区画の遠位端に連結される剛的な針先端と、
前記細長い管状区画の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記複数のスリットの少なくとも一部内に延びる、可撓ジャケットとを含む、
医療ツール。 - 前記複数のスリットは、渦巻状パターンにおいて構成され、或いは前記細長い管状区画を通じる長手軸に対して垂直に配置される、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記剛的な針先端は、内腔が前記細長い管状区画及び前記剛的な針先端を通じて延びるよう、前記細長い管状区画と一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記可撓ジャケットは、前記複数のスリット内に延びて前記複数のスリットとインターロックする熱収縮管組織で形成され、或いは、前記可撓ジャケットは、前記複数のスリット内に鋳込まれる熱可塑性物質である、請求項1又は2に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記剛的な針先端は、湾曲して形作られ、前記剛的な針先端の遠位尖端は、当該医療ツールの中心線に沿って整列させられる、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記細長い管状区画は、ステンレス鋼で形成される、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
- 細長い可撓部材が前記管状区画の近位端に連結される、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記細長い可撓部材は、前記細長い可撓部材の長手軸と平行に延びる複数の外部長手リブを含み、或いは前記細長い可撓部材の長手軸に対して垂直に延びる複数の外部突起を含む、請求項7に記載の医療ツール。
- シースチャネルを含むシースを更に含み、前記細長い可撓部材は、前記シースチャネル内にスライド可能に収容される、請求項7に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記シースは、前記細長い可撓部材の長手軸と平行な前記シースチャネル内に延びる複数の外部長手リブを含む、請求項9に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記シースの遠位端が、前記シースの近位部分よりも高い剛性であり、或いは、前記シースの前記遠位端が、硬化材料が埋め込まれたポリマで形成される、請求項9又は10に記載の医療ツール。
- 剛的なガード部材が、前記シースチャネルを取り囲むシース壁の遠位面に延びて、剛性をもたらす、請求項9又は10に記載の医療ツール。
- ハンドルを更に含み、前記細長い部材の近位端が前記ハンドルに連結され、前記シースの近位端が前記ハンドルに連結される、請求項9に記載の医療ツール。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記シースチャネル内の第1の長手方向位置及び第2の長手方向位置の1つで前記細長い部材の動きを制限するように構成され、或いは、前記ハンドルは、前記第1の長手方向位置又は前記第2の長手方向位置への前記細長い可撓部材の移動を制限する調整可能な針ストッパを更に含む、請求項13に記載の医療ツール。
- 弾性材料で形成され、前記細長い管状区画及び前記剛的な針先端を通じて延びて前記細長い管状区画を真っ直ぐにするような大きさにされた、スタイレットを更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療ツール。
