Claims (14)
- 近位端から遠位端に延びる細長い器具であって、

細長い器具と、
前記細長い器具の前記管腔内にスライド可能に配置されるスタイレットであって、
スタイレットの操縦可能な部分に固定的に連結されるフレキシブルな本体と、該フレキシブルな本体を通じて延びるセンサ要素とを含み、前記操縦可能な部分が前記細長い器具内に引っ込められる引込状態と、前記操縦可能な部分が前記細長い器具の前記剛的な遠位部分から少なくとも部分的に延出する延出構成との間で、前記細長い器具内で移動可能である、
スタイレットと、
該スタイレットの前記フレキシブルな本体を通じて延び且つ前記スタイレットの前記操縦可能な部分内で終端する複数の作動ケーブルとを含む、
最小侵襲的システム。 - 前記センサ要素は、前記スタイレットの少なくとも部分の形状又は位置を測定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記センサ要素は、前記スタイレットの前記操縦可能な部分内に延びる、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記スタイレットが前記細長い器具の前記管腔内に受け入れられるときに、前記スタイレットが前記細長い器具の前記管腔を遮断するよう、前記スタイレットは、前記細長い器具の内径と緊密に近似する外径を含む、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記スタイレットは、前記センサ要素の軸方向位置を前記細長い器具の前記長手軸と実質的に平行に整列して維持するように構成されるセンサ導管を含む、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記スタイレットの前記フレキシブルな本体内の複数の作動導管と、前記スタイレットの前記操縦可能な部分内の複数の作動通路とを更に含み、前記複数の作動ケーブルの各々は、前記複数の作動導管の別個の作動導管を通じて延び、前記複数の作動通路の別個の作動通路内に固着する、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 各作動導管は、フレキシブルなマイクロコイルを含み、或いは、各作動導管は、前記複数の作動導管の隣接する作動導管に直ぐ隣接して位置付けられる、請求項6に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記スタイレットは、前記センサ要素の軸方向位置を前記細長い器具の前記長手軸と実質的に平行に整列して維持するように構成されるセンサ導管を含み、前記複数の作動導管は、前記センサ導管の周りに円周状に配置される、請求項7に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記複数の作動ケーブルの各々は、前記作動ケーブルが前記フレキシブルな本体から前記操縦可能な部分内に延びるときに、前記スタイレットの長手軸に対するその径方向位置を維持する、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記スタイレットの前記操縦可能な部分は、曲げに抗する区画と、曲げられる区画とを含み、該曲げられる区画は、前記作動ケーブルによってリンクされる複数の関節作動可能な区画を含む、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記曲げられる区画は、隣接する関節作動可能なセグメントの間に配置される複数の関節ピボットを含む、請求項10に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記曲げられる区画は、第1の関節作動可能なセグメントと第2の関節作動可能なセグメントとの間の第1の関節ピボットと、前記第2の関節作動可能なセグメントと第3の関節作動可能なセグメントとの間の第2の関節ピボットとを含む、請求項11に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記第1の関節ピボットは、前記第1の関節作動可能なセグメントが第2の関節作動可能なセグメントに対して第1の平面内で曲がるのを可能にし、前記第2の関節ピボットは、前記第2の関節作動可能なセグメントが前記第3の関節作動可能なセグメントに対して第2の平面内で曲がるのを可能にし、前記第1の平面は、前記第2の平面と異なる、請求項12に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
- 前記細長い器具の前記剛的な遠位部分は、切頭円錐形の、非傾斜の、環状の切断先端を含む、請求項1に記載の最小侵襲的システム。
