Abstract
Description
図1乃至図3は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る貯蔵タンクを有する水素水製造装置の構造を概略的に示した図面、図4は、図1の電極モジュールを概略的に示した図面、そして、図5乃至図7は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る直水方式の水素水製造装置の構造を概略的に示した図面である。
この時、前記第1水素水排出口(B)は、第2水素水排出口(B2)より高い位置に配置され、「T」字状で貯蔵タンク300を区画する区分板310の上部空間と下部空間に水素水を供給することができる。

Claims (7)
- 水を電気分解するための正極電極と負極電極と固体高分子電解質膜及び補助電極で構成される電極モジュールを備えて、前記電極モジュールを中心に第1及び第2チャンバーに区分された電気分解装置と、
前記第1チャンバーに設置されて、前記第1チャンバーの負極電極で生成された活性水素が含まれた水素水が排出される水素水排出ポートと、
前記第1チャンバーに設置されて、前記負極電極に向かって水を噴射する噴射ポートと、
前記第2チャンバーの正極電極で形成されたオゾンが含まれた水を排出するオゾン水排出ポートと、
前記水素水排出ポートと連結される第1流路と前記第1流路と連結される第2流路と連結されて前記第1チャンバーで生成された水素水の供給を受け、前記オゾン水排出ポートと連結される第4流路を介して前記第2チャンバーで生成された殺菌水の供給を受けて、前記水素水と殺菌水を内部空間に貯蔵する貯蔵タンクと、
出力端は前記噴射ポートと連結される第3流路と連結されて、入力端は前記貯蔵タンクの底面と連結される第5流路と連結されるポンプとを含み、
前記噴射ポートは、
前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された水素水を前記ポンプの圧力を利用して、前記水素水排出ポートを介して排出される水素水の流速よりはやく噴射することを特徴とする水素水製造装置。 - 前記噴射ポート、負極電極及びオゾン水排出ポートの中心は、互いに同軸になるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素水製造装置。
- 前記噴射ポートは、
前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された水素水を前記水素水排出ポートを介して流出する水素水の移動方向に対して垂直方向に前記負極電極に噴射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素水製造装置。 - 前記第4流路は、
オゾン除去流路(D1)と殺菌流路(D2)に分岐されて前記貯蔵タンクと連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素水製造装置。 - 水を電気分解するための正極電極と負極電極と固体高分子電解質膜及び補助電極で構成される電極モジュールを備えて、前記電極モジュールを中心に第1及び第2チャンバーに区分された電気分解装置と、
原水を供給する水原と直接連結されて前記電気分解装置の第1チャンバーに原水を供給する入力ポートと、
前記第1チャンバーに設置されて、前記第1チャンバーの負極電極で生成された活性水素が含まれた水素水を第1及び第2流路を介して排出される水素水排出ポートと、
前記第1流路に分岐された第3流路と連結されて、前記第1チャンバーに前記水素水排出ポートで排出された水素水を噴射する噴射ポートと、
第4流路と連結されて前記第2チャンバーの正極電極で形成されたオゾンが含まれた水を排出するオゾン水排出ポートとを含み、
前記第2及び第4流路は、互いに併合されて使用者に殺菌水が混ざった水素水を供給することを特徴とする水素水製造装置。 - 前記入力ポートと水素水排出ポートは、中心が同軸になるように配置され、
前記噴射ポート、負極電極及びオゾン水排出ポートの中心は、互いに同軸になるよう配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水素水製造装置。 - 前記噴射ポートは、
前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された水素水を前記水素水排出ポートを介して流出する水素水の移動方向に対して垂直方向に前記負極電極に噴射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素水製造装置。
