Abstract
【解決手段】防食材は、光重合性(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び光重合性(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの少なくとも一方からなる重合性化合物を主成分とする紫外線硬化型樹脂を含む。また、重合性化合物は、単官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び2官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを併用してなるか、又は単官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び2官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも一方と、3官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び4官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも一方とを併用してなる。そして、防食材は、JIS Z8803に準拠して測定される25℃での粘度が18900mPa・s以下である。

Description
本実施形態に係る防食材は、異なる金属部材からなる接合部を被覆して腐食原因物質が浸入することを抑制し、当該接合部における腐食を長期に亘り防止するものである。そして、本実施形態の防食材は、紫外線硬化型樹脂を含有するものである。紫外線硬化型樹脂は、紫外線を照射することにより瞬時に硬化し、さらに洗浄工程や乾燥工程が不要なため、次工程を素早く行うことができ、工程を短縮することが可能である。
次に、本実施形態に係る端子付き電線について説明する。図1乃至図3に示すように、本実施形態の端子付き電線1は、導電性の導体11及び導体11を覆う電線被覆材12を有する電線10と、電線10の導体11に接続する金属端子20とを備える。さらに、端子付き電線1は、導体11と金属端子20との接合部を覆い、かつ、上述の防食材が硬化してなる封止材30を備える。
次に、本実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネスについて説明する。本実施形態のワイヤーハーネスは、上述の端子付き電線を備える。具体的には、ワイヤーハーネス2は、図4に示すように、コネクタハウジング50と、上述の端子付き電線1とを備えるものである。

まず、防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー、2官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で90、10、2の割合で混合した。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー、2官能モノマー、3官能モノマー1、多官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で20、5、5、5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー、2官能モノマー、3官能モノマー1及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で3、3、3、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー、2官能モノマー、多官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で30、5、5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー、3官能モノマー1及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で20、5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、2官能モノマー、多官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で5、5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、単官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で100、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、2官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で65、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、3官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で45、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー2に対して、多官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
防食材として、100質量部のオリゴマー1に対して、3官能モノマー、多官能モノマー及び光重合開始剤をそれぞれ質量比で5、5、2の割合で混合した。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、本例の端子付き電線を得た。
実施例及び比較例で使用した防食材の、25℃における粘度を、JIS Z8803に準拠して測定した。
実施例及び比較例で得られた端子付き電線の防食性能を、日本工業規格JIS C60068−2−11(環境試験方法(電気・電子)塩水噴霧試験方法)に規定された測定法に基づいて評価した。すなわち、各例の端子付き電線の導体と金属端子との接合部に、塩水噴霧試験を行った。より詳細には、温度が35±2℃、相対湿度(RH)が85%以上、塩水濃度が5±1%、実施期間が4日間の条件で試験を行った。その後、各例の接合部に腐食(錆)が発生しているか否かを目視で判定した。腐食が認められなかったものを「○」と評価し、腐食が認められたものを「×」と評価した。
各例の端子付き電線を、コネクタハウジングに挿入した。コネクタハウジング挿入時に、キャビティの周壁に封止材が接触したか否かを目視で判定した。封止材がキャビティの周壁に接触しない場合を「○」と評価し、接触した場合を「×」と評価した。なお、この評価において、電線はALVSS 2sqを使用し、コネクタハウジングは2.3IIコネクタを使用した。

- 光重合性(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び光重合性(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの少なくとも一方からなる重合性化合物を主成分とする紫外線硬化型樹脂を含み、
前記重合性化合物は、単官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び2官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを併用してなるか、又は単官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び2官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも一方と、3官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー及び4官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの少なくとも一方とを併用してなり、
JIS Z8803に準拠して測定される25℃での粘度が18900mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする防食材。 - 導体及び前記導体を覆う電線被覆材を有する電線と、
前記電線の導体に接続する金属端子と、
前記導体と前記金属端子との接合部を覆い、かつ、請求項1に記載の防食材が硬化してなる封止材と、
を備えることを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 前記導体は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金よりなる素線を有し、
前記金属端子は、銅又は銅合金を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の端子付き電線を備えることを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
