Claims (26)
- 光を発光する発光ダイオードモジュールと、
前記発光ダイオードモジュールで発光された光が側面に入射され、面発光するように側面に入射された光を上部に放出させる導光板と、を含む自動車用照明装置であって、
前記導光板は、平面形状が少なくとも一つ以上の凹部および凸部を含み、
前記発光ダイオードモジュールが前記凹部又は凸部の少なくとも一方に設けられている、自動車用照明装置。 - 光を発光する発光ダイオードモジュールと、
前記発光ダイオードモジュールで発光された光が側面に入射され、面発光するように側面に入射された光を上部に放出させる導光板と、を含む自動車用照明装置であって、
前記導光板は、平面形状が環状に形成されており、
前記発光ダイオードモジュールが前記環状の内側面に沿って設けられる、自動車用照明装置。 - 前記発光ダイオードモジュールは、
光を発光する一つ以上の発光ダイオードと、
前記一つ以上の発光ダイオードが実装されるプリント基板と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。 - 前記プリント基板はフレキシブルプリント基板である、請求項3に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板は、平面形状が所定の幅を有する馬蹄状である、請求項1に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードモジュールが複数個備えられており、
前記複数個の発光ダイオードモジュールのうち一つは馬蹄部の凹部に設けられ、他の一つ以上は前記馬蹄部の端部に設けられている、請求項5に記載の自動車用照明装置。 - 前記導光板は、少なくとも一部が前記平面形状の平面と所定の角度をなすように折り曲げられた形状である、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の上部に位置し、前記導光板から放出された光を透過させるカバー部をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の上部が凸レンズ形状に突出している、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の側面形状が、所定の厚さを有する四角形状である、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の側面形状が、所定の厚さを有し、少なくとも一つの湾曲部(carvature)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の側面形状は所定の厚さを有し、前記導光板の上面は凸状または凹状である、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードモジュールが二つ以上備えられ、前記導光板が二つ以上備えられており、前記二つ以上の導光板それぞれに、前記発光ダイオードモジュールがそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記二つ以上の発光ダイオードモジュールは、前記二つ以上の導光板それぞれの側面のうち長さが相対的に長い側面に設けられている、請求項13に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板は、側面に入射された光を上部に放出させるために、下部に一つ以上のパターン部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記パターン部は、
前記導光板の内部に形成され、一方向の長さを有するラインパターンと、
前記導光板の内部に形成され、五面体状に形成されたドットパターンと、を含む、請求項15に記載の自動車用照明装置。 - 前記ドットパターンは、平面形状が四角形状であり、対向する二つの側面が三角形状であり、対向する他の二つの側面が台形状である、請求項16に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記ドットパターンは、平面形状が四角形状であり、四つの側面が三角形状である、請求項16に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記導光板の上部面に一つ以上の上部パターンが形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記上部パターンは、前記導光板の上部面に一方向の長さを有する複数の突起を含む、請求項19に記載の自動車用照明装置。

車両の後方に設けられ、車両のブレーキが駆動される時に赤色光を発光するブレーキ灯と、を含む自動車用照明装置であって、
前記尾灯は、
光を発光する一つ以上の第1発光ダイオードモジュールと、
前記一つ以上の第1発光ダイオードモジュールで発光された光が側面に入射され、面発光するように側面に入射された光を上部に放出させる第1導光板と、を含み、
前記第1導光板は、平面形状が少なくとも一つ以上の凹部を含み、
前記一つ以上の第1発光ダイオードモジュールが前記少なくとも一つ以上の凹部に設けられている、自動車用照明装置。 - 前記第1導光板は、少なくとも一部が前記平面形状の平面と所定の角度をなすように折り曲げられた形状である、請求項22に記載の自動車用照明装置。
- 前記ブレーキ灯は、
光を発光する一つ以上の第2発光ダイオードモジュールを含む、請求項22に記載の自動車用照明装置。 - 前記ブレーキ灯は、
前記一つ以上の第2発光ダイオードモジュールで発光された光が側面に入射され、面発光するように側面に入射された光を上部に放出させる第2導光板をさらに含む、請求項24に記載の自動車用照明装置。 - 前記第2導光板は、平面形状の平面と所定の角度をなすように折り曲げられた形状である、請求項25に記載の自動車用照明装置。
