また、本発明の車両用灯具においては、前記底面反射部、前記側面反射部及び前記光導通反射板は超微細発泡光反射部材で形成されていることが好ましい。
まず、図1〜図4を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両用灯具を説明する。なお、図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両用灯具の斜視図、図2は図1の車両用灯具の分解斜視図、図3Aは図1のIIIA-IIIA線における断面図、図3Bは図3AのIIIB部分の拡大図、図3Cは図3AのIIIC部分の拡大図、図4は本発明の第1実施形態に係る光導通反射板の平面図である。
次に、図7〜図9を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両用灯具を説明する。なお、図7Aは本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両用灯具の断面図であり、図7Bは図7AのVIIB部分の拡大図、図8は図7の光導通反射板の難燃性加工の例を示す模式図、図9は図7の光透過反射板の難燃性加工の別の例を示す模式図である。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの指向性の強い点光源と、前記点光源を取り付けた基板と、筒状のフレームと、前記フレーム内に配置された、底面反射部と、側面反射部と、光導通反射板と、前記光導通反射板の前面に取り付けられた透光カバーと、を備える車両用の車両用灯具において、
前記底面反射部の前記光導通反射板と対向する面、前記側面反射部の内面及び前記光導通反射板の前記底面反射部と対向する面は光反射率が高く、かつ、光透過率の小さい部材で形成されており、
前記フレームは、前記光導通反射板と同一形状の開口を両側に有し、前記開口の一方の端部には係止用折曲部が設けられていると共に内面側に前記側面反射部が配置されており、
前記光導通反射板は、所定の発光デザインとするための複数の開孔又は溝が形成されて前記フレームの係止用折曲部と前記側面反射部とで挟持されており、
前記側面反射部は前記フレームの他方側の端部と、前記基板に固定された前記底面反射部とで保持されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記フレームの係止用折曲部は前記フレームの端部を内側に折り曲げることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記底面反射部、前記光導通反射板及び前記側面反射部は難燃性材料からなるコーティングが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記難燃性材料からなるコーティングはパラキシリレンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光導通反射板と前記フレームの係止用折曲部との間に光透過率の高い保護板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記透光カバーは、前記光導通反射板と前記フレームの係止用折曲部との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記側面反射部は外面側に前記底面部と垂直な半切断部が等間隔に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記フレームは、前記基板と接する側に、前記基板上に固定される固定手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記固定手段は、前記フレームに、前記基板と平行になるように取り付けられており、前記基板上にはんだ付けによって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光導通反射板は、前記点光源からの距離が長くなるに従って光の透過率が上昇し、光の反射率が低下するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記底面反射部、前記側面反射部及び前記光導通反射板は一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記底面反射部、前記側面反射部及び前記光導通反射板は超微細発泡光反射部材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
