Abstract
【解決手段】 空気圧調整ユニット1は、空気バネ2に供給される空気の量を制御する流量制御部3と、空気バネ2と流量制御部3との間の供給流路L3に設けられ、空気バネ2に対して供給及び排出される空気の流れを切り替える切替部5と、を備える。空気圧調整ユニット1によれば、切替部5によって、空気バネ2に対して供給及び排出される空気の流れを切り替えることができる。その結果、空気バネ2の内圧が過剰に高くなることを抑制することが可能となる。

Claims (5)
- 空気バネに供給される空気の量を制御する流量制御部と、
前記空気バネと前記流量制御部との間の前記空気の流路に設けられ、前記空気バネに対して供給及び排出される空気の流れを切り替える切替部と、を備える空気バネ用空気圧調整ユニット。 - 前記流量制御部と前記切替部との間の前記空気の流路にフィルタが設けられている、請求項1に記載の空気バネ用空気圧調整ユニット。
- 前記切替部は、三方弁である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気バネ用空気圧調整ユニット。
- 前記流量制御部と前記切替部とは、流路形成ブロックに据え付けられており、
前記流路形成ブロックには、前記空気が供給又は排出される流れを構成する管路が形成されている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の空気バネ用空気圧調整ユニット。 - 前記空気バネ内の圧縮空気の圧力状態に応じて前記切替部の切り替えを制御する切替制御部を更に備える、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の空気バネ用空気圧調整ユニット。
