Abstract
【解決手段】金型装置内に成形材料を射出する射出装置と、前記金型装置に対し前記射出装置を進退させる移動装置と、前記移動装置を制御するコントローラとを備え、前記移動装置は、液圧ポンプと、前記液圧ポンプを作動させる駆動源と、前記液圧ポンプから供給される作動液の液圧によってノズルタッチ圧力を生じさせる圧力室を含む液圧アクチュエータと、前記圧力室と前記液圧ポンプとの間の前記作動液の流れを制御する制御弁とを備え、前記ノズルタッチ圧力を検出する圧力検出器が設けられ、前記コントローラは、前記制御弁によって前記圧力室から前記液圧ポンプへの前記作動液の流れの制限を行った状態で、前記圧力検出器によって前記ノズルタッチ圧力の監視を行う、射出成形機。

金型装置内に成形材料を射出する射出装置と、
前記金型装置に対し前記射出装置を進退させる移動装置と、
前記移動装置を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記移動装置は、液圧ポンプと、前記液圧ポンプを作動させる駆動源と、前記液圧ポンプから供給される作動液の液圧によってノズルタッチ圧力を生じさせる圧力室を含む液圧アクチュエータと、前記圧力室と前記液圧ポンプとの間の前記作動液の流れを制御する制御弁とを備え、
前記ノズルタッチ圧力を検出する圧力検出器が設けられ、
前記コントローラは、前記制御弁によって前記圧力室から前記液圧ポンプへの前記作動液の流れの制限を行った状態で、前記圧力検出器によって前記ノズルタッチ圧力の監視を行う、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (5)
- 金型装置内に成形材料を射出する射出装置と、
前記金型装置に対し前記射出装置を進退させる移動装置と、
前記移動装置を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記移動装置は、液圧ポンプと、前記液圧ポンプを作動させる駆動源と、前記液圧ポンプから供給される作動液の液圧によってノズルタッチ圧力を生じさせる圧力室を含む液圧アクチュエータと、前記圧力室と前記液圧ポンプとの間の前記作動液の流れを制御する制御弁とを備え、
前記ノズルタッチ圧力を検出する圧力検出器が設けられ、
前記コントローラは、前記制御弁によって前記圧力室から前記液圧ポンプへの前記作動液の流れの制限を行った状態で、前記圧力検出器によって前記ノズルタッチ圧力の監視を行う、射出成形機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記監視中に前記ノズルタッチ圧力が所定範囲外であることを検知すると、前記制御弁による前記制限を解除し、前記ノズルタッチ圧力を制御する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、前記監視中に前記ノズルタッチ圧力が所定範囲外であることを検知すると、前記制御弁による前記制限を解除する前に、前記駆動源を作動させ、前記液圧ポンプと前記制御弁との間における液圧を上昇させる、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、前記監視中に前記ノズルタッチ圧力が所定範囲外であることを検知すると、前記制御弁による前記制限を解除し、前記ノズルタッチ圧力を制御した後、前記制御弁による前記制限を再度行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、前記監視の結果に基づいて行う処理の少なくとも一部を、充填工程および保圧工程以外の所定の工程中に行う、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
