金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度を低下させ、前記設定速度の低下後、前記送出部材が停止または後退した後に、前記金型装置内における前記成形材料の所定位置への到達を検出する検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度を低下させ、前記設定速度の低下後、前記送出部材が停止または後退した後に、前記金型装置内における前記成形材料の所定位置への到達を検出する検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機。 - 金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度を低下させ、前記設定速度の低下後に、前記金型装置内における前記成形材料の所定位置への到達を検出する検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行い、
前記検出器は、前記成形材料の流動経路の途中に配設され、
前記コントローラは、前記検出器を用いて前記成形材料の流動先端位置を予測し、その予測結果に基づいて前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機。 - 前記検出器は、前記成形材料の流動経路の終点またはその近傍に配設され、
前記コントローラは、前記検出器によって前記成形材料の前記所定位置への到達を検出したときに、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、請求項1または請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
