Description
金型装置内に充填される成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を進退させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
経過時間と前記駆動源の制御に用いる制御ゲインとの関係を示す情報が記憶され、
保圧工程中に、前記経過時間を監視し、該コントローラに記憶された前記情報に従って前記経過時間に応じて前記制御ゲインを下げる、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 金型装置内に充填される成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を進退させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
経過時間と前記駆動源の制御に用いる制御ゲインとの関係を示す情報が記憶され、
保圧工程中に、前記経過時間を監視し、該コントローラに記憶された前記情報に従って前記経過時間に応じて前記制御ゲインを下げる、射出成形機。 - 金型装置内に充填される成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を進退させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記金型装置内の成形材料の温度と前記駆動源の制御に用いる制御ゲインとの関係を示す情報が記憶され、
保圧工程中に、前記金型装置内の成形材料の温度を監視し、該コントローラに記憶された前記情報に従って前記金型装置内の成形材料の温度低下に応じて前記制御ゲインを下げる、射出成形機。 - 金型装置内に充填される成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を進退させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記金型装置内の成形材料の粘度と前記駆動源の制御に用いる制御ゲインとの関係を示す情報が記憶され、
保圧工程中に、前記金型装置内の成形材料の粘度を監視し、該コントローラに記憶された前記情報に従って前記金型装置内の成形材料の粘度上昇に応じて前記制御ゲインを下げる、射出成形機。
