Claims (3)
- 下側端子台を有し回転電機を収容する下側ケースと、
上側端子台を有しインバータを収容する上側ケースであって、前記下側ケースの直上に対向するように配置された上側ケースと、
一端が前記上側ケースの直下で前記下側端子台に接続され、他端が前記上側ケースの壁面側端部で前記上側端子台に接続され、前記上側ケースの直下から前記壁面に対向するように曲げられた状態で配置された複数の電線と、
前記複数の電線をシールドする編組シールド部であって、前記複数の電線に対し前記上側ケースと対向する面と反対側にのみ配置された編組シールド部とを備える、シールド電線接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載のシールド電線接続構造において、
前記編組シールド部は、前記上側ケースに固定された導電材料製の第1固定部材と、前記下側ケースに固定された導電材料製の第2固定部材とに接続されるように、前記複数の電線に沿って伸び、導電性を有する複数の縦糸部と、前記複数の縦糸部に交差するように編み込まれ、樹脂材料により形成された横糸部材とを含み、
前記横糸部材は、前記横糸部材を銅により形成する場合よりも、単位断面積当たりの引っ張り強度が高い、シールド電線接続構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のシールド電線接続構造において、
前記複数の電線は、一端側に結合された下側コネクタと他端側に結合された上側コネクタとともに、結合電線部材を構成し、
前記下側コネクタは、前記下側ケースに固定されており、
前記上側コネクタは、前記上側ケースに固定されており、
前記編組シールド部の両端は、前記下側コネクタ及び前記上側コネクタに結合されている、シールド電線接続構造。
