Claims (5)
- 単芯線である第一導電部と、
前記第一導電部とは別部材であり、前記第一導電部よりも柔軟な筒状に形成され、一方側端部で前記第一導電部の端部の外周面を覆う状態で前記第一導電部に接続された第二導電部と、
前記第二導電部の他方側端部に接続され、相手側部材に接続可能な端子形状の部分を含む導電性の接続部と、
少なくとも前記第一導電部及び前記第二導電部の周囲を覆う絶縁被覆部と、を備える、電線モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電線モジュールであって、
前記接続部は、前記第二導電部の前記他方側端部によって外周面が覆われた状態で前記他方側端部に接続される部分を含む棒状の第一接続部と、前記第一接続部の前記第二導電部側に対し反対側に形成され前記端子形状に形成された第二接続部と、を含む、電線モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の電線モジュールであって、
前記接続部は、前記第一導電部とは別の単芯線が加工されて形成され、
前記接続部は、前記別の単芯線の一方側端部である前記第一接続部と、前記別の単芯線の他方側端部が前記端子形状に形成された部分である前記第二接続部と、前記別の単芯線の両端部を除く部分であり前記第一接続部と前記第二接続部とを連結する中間部と、を備える、電線モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の電線モジュールであって、
前記絶縁被覆部は、前記第一導電部と前記第二導電部と前記接続部の前記第一接続部及び前記中間部との周囲を覆う熱収縮チューブが収縮した部材である、電線モジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電線モジュールであって、
前記第二導電部は、複数の素線が筒状に編まれた編組線である、電線モジュール。
