Abstract
【解決手段】第1ドグ歯が形成された第1部材と、その第1ドグ歯に噛み合う第2ドグ歯が形成された第2部材とを備え、それらのドグ歯は、トルクを伝達することにより、第2部材が第1部材から離隔する方向の解放力を受けるように傾斜して形成された噛み合い式係合機構において、流体室にオイルを封入した状態(ステップS5)で各ドグ歯がトルクを伝達することにより、第2部材が第1部材側に押圧されて、第2部材を第1部材側に押圧するようにオイルが封入された油圧室の油圧を増大させ、その増大した油圧によって第1部材と第2部材との係合状態を維持するように構成されている。

Claims (6)
- 複数の第1ドグ歯が軸線方向に向けて突出しかつ円周方向に一定の間隔を空けて形成された第1部材と、前記第1ドグ歯の間に差し込まれる複数の第2ドグ歯が軸線方向に向けて突出しかつ円周方向に一定の間隔を空けて形成された第2部材と、流体が供給されることによる操作力で前記第2部材を前記第1部材側に移動させて前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯とを噛み合わせる流体室と、前記流体室に流体を供給する連通状態と、前記流体室への流体の供給を停止するとともに前記流体室内に流体を封入する遮断状態とを切り替える切替手段とを備えた噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯とにおける互いに接触してトルクを伝達する歯面は、前記トルクに応じて前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを軸線方向に離隔させる方向の解放力を発生させる傾斜面とされ、
前記切替手段による前記流体室への流体の供給および停止を制御するコントローラを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記流体室の流体圧に応じて前記第2部材が予め定められた所定位置まで移動して前記各ドグ歯が噛み合った後に、前記切替手段を前記遮断状態に切り替えて前記流体室に流体を封入することにより、前記第1歯面と前記第2歯面との間で伝達されるトルクに応じた前記解放力によって前記第2部材が前記第1部材から離隔する方向に押圧されて前記流体室の流体圧を増大させ、その増大した流体圧によって前記第1部材と前記第2部材との係合状態を維持するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記流体室と流体を吐出するポンプとに連通した流路を更に備え、
前記切替手段により前記流路を遮断した後に、前記ポンプの吐出圧を低下させるように構成されていることを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記第2部材の軸線方向での位置を検出する検出手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記流体は、非圧縮性の流体である
ことを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とは相対回転可能に設けられており、前記各ドグ歯が噛み合うことにより前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが一体に回転するように構成されていることを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置において、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とのいずれか一方の部材が固定部に連結され、前記各ドグ歯が噛み合うことにより前記第1部材と前記第2部材との他方の部材の回転を停止させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする噛み合い式係合機構の制御装置。
