  2. x線粉末回折パターンが、7.53±0.2、12.26±0.2、14.06±0.2、14.85±0.2及び15.57±0.2から選択される2[シータ]値における2又は3以上の回折ピークを含む、請求項1に記載の結晶性形態。
  3. ピーク位置が図5に示されている又は表1に記載されているパターンのピーク位置と実質的に一致するx線粉末回折パターンを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の結晶性形態。
  4. 約130℃〜約140℃の温度で最大吸熱ピークを示す、毎分20℃の加熱速度で記録された示差走査熱量測定トレースを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の結晶性形態。
  5. 図6に示されているものと実質的に一致する示差走査熱量測定トレースを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の結晶性形態。
  6. a=15.19±2Å、b=18.34±2Å、c=8.65±2Å及び[ベータ]=95.53±2°の単位格子寸法を持つ単斜晶P21/c空間群である、請求項1に記載の結晶性形態。
  7. 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性形態と、薬学的に許容される担体、希釈剤又は賦形剤とを含む、医薬組成物。
  8. 医療において使用するための、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性形態。
  9. 増殖性障害、免疫介在性及び炎症性障害、自己免疫性及び自己免疫介在性障害、腎臓障害、心血管障害、眼科障害、神経変性障害、精神障害、ウイルス性障害、代謝障害並びに/又は呼吸器障害の予防又は治療剤であって、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性形態を含む前記予防又は治療剤。
  10. 増殖性障害、免疫介在性及び炎症性障害、自己免疫性及び自己免疫介在性障害、腎臓障害、心血管障害、眼科障害、神経変性障害、精神障害、ウイルス性障害、代謝障害並びに/又は呼吸器障害の予防又は治療用薬剤の調製における、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性形態の使用。
  11. 遊離塩基形態Aの化合物(I)をメチルt−ブチルエーテル(MTBE)から結晶化させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の化合物(I)の結晶性遊離塩基(形態A)を調製する方法。
