Description
Claims (32)
- 弁フレームと、
当該弁フレームに取り付けられた複数の弁小葉と
を有する、モジュラー式経皮弁デバイス用の弁モジュールであって、
前記弁フレームは、第1リング部材と、第2リング部材と、前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材の間に配置されてそれらに接続された複数のマストとを有し、当該複数のマストと前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材との間の接続がピボットポイントであり、前記複数のマストのうちの一つは、片割れ第1マスト部分および片割れ第2マスト部分を有する長手方向に分割されたマストであり、
前記弁フレームは、折り畳まれ組み立てられていない送達時の形態を備え、送達デバイスからの展開後に使用時の形態に組み立てられるよう設計されていることを特徴とする弁モジュール。 - 前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材が、前記折り畳まれ組み立てられていない送達時の形態において、同じ概略方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記ピボットポイントが、前記複数のマストに含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁小葉が、前記第1リング部材に取り付けられ、前記第2リング部材から吊り下げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁小葉が、前記第1リング部材に縫い付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁小葉を前記第2リング部材に連結する小葉ループをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4の弁モジュール。
- 前記小葉ループが、前記弁小葉と同じ材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁小葉が、前記長手方向に分割されたマストに取り付けられ、前記複数のマストのうちのその他のマストには取り付けられていないことを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材が、前記折り畳まれ組み立てられていない送達時の形態において実質的に線形であることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁フレームが、前記使用時の形態へバイアスがかかっていることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁フレームが、形状記憶材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10の弁モジュール。
- 前記弁小葉が、第1の材料を有し、前記弁フレームに、第2の材料によるサンドイッチ式取り付けによって取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記第1リング部材は、前記使用時の形態の弁モジュールの縦軸方向において、前記第2リング部材よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記ピボットポイントがS字形および馬蹄形のうちの一方であることを特徴とする請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記複数のマストが、前記折り畳まれ組み立てられていない送達時の形態においてガイドワイヤーに螺旋状に巻きつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材の一方または両方が、ワイヤーガイドを有することを特徴とする請求項1の弁モジュール。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項の弁モジュールを有するモジュラー式経皮弁デバイスであって、
圧縮された送達時の形態および拡張された使用時の形態を備える支持モジュールと、
前記弁モジュールおよび前記拡張された支持モジュールを互いにロックするための複数の相補的ロック部材と、
をさらに有するモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。 - 前記相補的ロック部材のそれぞれが、スピアおよびシャフトを有し、前記スピアは第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、前記シャフトが前記スピアを覆って嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項17のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記スピアの少なくとも一つが、前記第1の端部にスピアヘッドを、前記第2の端部にスピアクロスを、有していることを特徴とする請求項18のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 少なくとも一つの相補的なシャフトおよびスピアがリングシャフトおよびハイブリッドスピアを有していることを特徴とする請求項18のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 弁フレームと、
圧縮された送達時の形態および拡張された使用時の形態を備える支持モジュールと、
複数の相補的ロック部材と
を備え、
前記相補的ロック部材のそれぞれが、前記支持モジュール上に配置されたスピアと、前記弁フレーム上に配置されたシャフトを有し、当該シャフトが前記弁フレームおよび前記支持モジュールを互いにロックするために前記スピアを覆って嵌合している
ことを特徴とするモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。 - 前記スピアの少なくとも一つが、第1の端部にスピアヘッドを、第2の端部にスピアクロスを、有していることを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 少なくとも一つの相補的なシャフトおよびスピアがリングシャフトおよびハイブリッドスピアを有していることを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 少なくとも一つの相補的なシャフトおよびスピアが第1の内径を有する第1リングシャフトと、第2の内径を有する第2リングシャフトと、片側ハイブリッドスピアとを有していることを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記弁フレームは、第1リング部材と、第2リング部材と、前記第1リング部材および前記第2リング部材の間に配置されてそれらに接続された複数のマストとを有することを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記シャフトが、前記弁フレームの前記マスト上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項25のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記複数のマストのうちの一つは、片割れ第1マスト部分および片割れ第2マスト部分を有する長手方向に分割されたマストであり、前記弁フレームの前記片割れ第1マスト部分が第1シャフトを含み、前記片割れ第2マスト部分が第2シャフトを含み、前記第1シャフトが前記弁フレームの縦軸に沿って前記第2シャフトの近位端部側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項25のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記スピアは、ハイブリッドスピアであり、該ハイブリッドスピアは、貫通して延びる長孔と、その第1側に沿って延びる第1の溝とを有し、前記シャフトは、リングシャフトであることを特徴とする、請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記ハイブリッドスピアは、その第2側に配置された第2の溝を有することを特徴とする、請求項28のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記ハイブリッドスピアは、前記シャフトが通り抜けて移動しない大きさのスピア止めを有することを特徴とする請求項28のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記スピアは、さらに、その自由端部にアイレットを有し、当該アイレットは、アセンブリーワイヤーを通すよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
- 前記スピアヘッドが、ダイヤモンド形、菱形、台形、凧形、円形、矩形、長円形、鏃形、球形、卵形、球根形からなるグループから選択された形状を有することを特徴とする請求項21のモジュラー式経皮弁デバイス。
