Claims (5)
- 部分安定化ジルコニアおよびアルミナを含むセラミックスからなる通信機器外装部品であって、ZrのZrO2換算値とAlのAl2O3換算値との合計が、前記セラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%のうち80質量%以上であり、前記ZrO2換算値と前記Al2O3換算値との質量比が、90〜50:10〜50であることを特徴とする通信機器外装部品。
- 前記セラミックスにおける平均結晶粒径が0.25μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器外装部品。
- 気孔の面積占有率が1.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の通信機器外装部品。
- 前記気孔の平均重心間距離が35μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の通信機器外装部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の通信機器外装部品を備えてなる通信機器。
