Claims (6)
- α−アルミナと、酸化チタンとを含有するアルミナ質セラミックスからなり、
AlをAl2O3に換算した値で89〜95質量%、TiをTiO2に換算した値で5〜11質量%、AlをAl2O3に換算した値およびTiをTiO2に換算した値の合計を100質量部としたとき、該100質量部に対して、CaおよびCeをそれぞれCaOおよびCeO2に換算した値の合計で0.02〜0.6質量部含有し、
かさ密度が3.7g/cm3以上であり、
X線光電子分光による測定において、結合エネルギーが456〜462eVの範囲にTiOx(0<x<2)のピークが存在し、
表面において、明度指数L*が40以上60以下であるとともに、ΔL*が1以下である、半導電性セラミック部材。 - AlをAl2O3に換算した値およびTiをTiO2に換算した値の合計の100質量部に対して、前記Caの含有量が、CaOに換算した値で0.02〜0.2質量部である請求項1に記載の半導電性セラミック部材。
- AlをAl2O3に換算した値およびTiをTiO2に換算した値の合計の100質量部に対して、前記Ceの含有量が、CeO2に換算した値で0.05〜0.5質量部である請求項1または請求項2に記載の半導電性セラミック部材。
- 前記アルミナ質セラミックスはSiを含有し、該SiをSiO2に換算した値をA、前記CaをCaOに換算した値をBとしたとき、A/Bは0.3〜1.5である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の半導電性セラミック部材。
- 前記アルミナ質セラミックスはチタン酸アルミニウムを含有し、二酸化チタンのミラー指数表示における(110)面のX線回折ピーク強度をC、前記チタン酸アルミニウムのミラー指数表示における(100)面のX線回折ピーク強度をDとしたとき、D/(C+D)は0.1以下である請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の半導電性セラミック部材。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の半導電性セラミック部材からなるウエハ搬送用保持具。
