Im1:単斜晶(111)面のX線回折強度
Im2:単斜晶(11−1)面のX線回折強度
また、本開示のカラーセラミックスは、アルミナを含有していてもよい。特に、カラーセラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%のうち、アルミナの含有量が0.5質量%以上11質量%以下であるならば、ジルコニア結晶の粒成長を抑制することができるため、カラーセラミックスの機械的強度をより向上できる。

また、得られた各試料の3点曲げ強度を、JIS R 1601−2008に準拠して測定した。結果を表5に示す。
Claims (8)
- 安定化剤を含むジルコニアの含有量が80質量%以上であり、
ジルコニア結晶と、アルミン酸コバルト結晶にマンガンが固溶した固溶結晶とを含有するカラーセラミックス。 - 前記固溶結晶は、断面における面積占有率が1.5面積%以上7.5面積%以下である請求項1に記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 前記固溶結晶の平均結晶粒径は、0.8μm以下である請求項1または請求項2に記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 前記固溶結晶の結晶粒径の最大値は、1.2μm以下である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 隣り合う前記固溶結晶の重心間距離の平均値は、1.5μm以上4μm以下である請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 隣り合う前記固溶結晶の重心間距離の標準偏差は、1.5μm以下である請求項5に記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 表面における前記ジルコニア結晶の単斜晶の割合が、内部における前記ジルコニア結晶の単斜晶の割合よりも多い請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載のカラーセラミックス。
- 前記表面における前記ジルコニア結晶の単斜晶の割合が、前記内部における前記ジルコニア結晶の単斜晶の割合よりも3倍以上10倍以下多い請求項7に記載のカラーセラミックス。
