Abstract
【解決手段】電動機10は、回転シャフト13を有するロータ12と、ステータ16と、回転シャフト13を回転可能に支持する軸受20と、ステータ16を支持し、該ステータ16とともにロータ12を収容する内部空間S1を画定するハウジング18と、ハウジング18に対して移動不能に配置され、軸受20の外周面58を取り囲んで軸受20を支持する軸受支持面60と、軸受20の外周面58または軸受支持面60に形成され、一端にて内部空間S1に連通し、他端にてハウジングの外部空間S2に連通する第1の溝62と、軸受20の外周面58または軸受支持面60に形成され、第1の溝62と交差するように周方向に延在する第2の溝とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 回転シャフトを有するロータと、
前記ロータの径方向外方に配置されるステータと、
前記回転シャフトを回転可能に支持する軸受と、
前記ステータを支持し、該ステータとともに前記ロータを収容する内部空間を画定するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して移動不能に配置され、前記軸受の外周面を取り囲んで前記軸受を支持する軸受支持面と、
前記軸受の外周面または前記軸受支持面に形成され、一端にて前記内部空間に連通し、他端にて前記ハウジングの外部空間に連通する第1の溝と、
前記軸受の外周面または前記軸受支持面に形成され、前記第1の溝と交差するように前記回転シャフトの周方向に延在する第2の溝と、を備える、電動機。 - 前記軸受支持面は、前記ハウジングに形成される、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記ハウジングと前記軸受との間に配置され、前記軸受支持面を内周に有する環状部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記第1の溝は、前記回転シャフトの軸方向に直線状に延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動機。
- 前記第2の溝は、前記軸受の外周面または前記軸受支持面の全周に亘って延在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電動機。
- 前記第1の溝および前記第2の溝の双方は、前記軸受の外周面および前記軸受支持面のいずれか一方に形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電動機。
- 前記ハウジングは、
前記ステータの軸方向一方側に固定される第1のハウジング部と、
前記ステータの軸方向他方側に固定される第2のハウジング部と、を有し、
前記軸受は、前記ステータの前記軸方向一方側に配置され、
前記第2のハウジング部には、前記内部空間と前記外部空間とを連通させる通気孔が形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電動機。
