Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- ころ軸受と共に使用するための軸受リテーナー部材であって、前記軸受リテーナー部材は、
外面及び内面を有する円形の軸方向に延びる環状壁部材、及び前記環状壁部材に取り付けられた半径方向に延びる壁フランジ部材であって、
ガスの通過のための少なくとも1つの貫通開口を有する前記壁フランジ部材、及び
前記円形の軸方向に延びる環状壁部材の前記内面内の少なくとも1つの溝とを含む、軸受リテーナー部材。 - 複数の貫通開口が前記壁フランジ部材内に提供される、請求項1に記載の軸受リテーナー部材。
- 複数の溝が、前記円形の軸方向に延びる壁部材の前記内面内に提供される、請求項1に記載の軸受リテーナー部材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの貫通開口及び前記少なくとも1つの溝は、実質的に軸方向に整列され、前記貫通開口及び前記溝は、単回の機械加工動作で形成され得る、請求項1に記載の軸受リテーナー部材。
- 前記外面上に円周方向に提供された少なくとも1つのOリング溝をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の軸受リテーナー部材。

- 複数の貫通開口が前記壁フランジ部材内に提供される、請求項6に記載のころ軸受アセンブリー。
- 複数の溝が前記円形の軸方向に延びる壁部材の前記内面内に提供される、請求項6に記載のころ軸受アセンブリー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの貫通開口及び前記少なくとも1つの溝は、実質的に軸方向に整列され、前記貫通開口及び前記溝は、単回の機械加工動作で形成され得る、請求項6に記載のころ軸受アセンブリー。
- 前記外面上に円周方向に提供された少なくとも1つのOリング溝と、前記溝内に位置決めされたOリングとをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のころ軸受アセンブリー。
- ハウジング部材を有するターボ機械をさらに含み、少なくとも1つのころ軸受アセンブリーが前記ハウジング部材内に位置決めされる、請求項6に記載のころ軸受アセンブリー。
- 内燃機関用の強制誘導装置であって、
ハウジング;
前記ハウジング内に配置されたインペラー部材;
前記インペラー部材が結合され、前記ハウジングを介して延びるシャフト;及び
前記シャフトに結合された軸受アセンブリーを含み、前記軸受アセンブリーは、半径方向に柔軟な方式で前記ハウジングに結合され、前記軸受アセンブリーの各側面に対する圧力をバランシングする、強制誘導装置。 - 前記軸受アセンブリーは、環状リテーナー及びその中に収容されたローラー−要素軸受を含み、前記環状リテーナーは、前記ハウジングに結合され、これらの間には、環状減衰部材が半径方向に圧縮され、前記リテーナーは、前記ローラー−要素軸受に向かって半径方向の内側に開放して前記ローリング−要素軸受の各側面に対する圧力をバランシングする軸方向に延びる通路を含む、請求項12に記載の強制誘導装置。
