- 一のパターンを与える複数の縦糸(2)および複数の横糸(3)を有するダブルフェイス織布であって、
1本の縦糸(2)が、1本以上の横糸(3)の上側に浮いて1つの対応する上側部分(5)を形成し、1本以上の横糸の下側に浮いて複数の下側部分(4)を形成し、
前記複数の横糸(3)の少なくとも一部が弾性糸であり、
一の繰り返し単位において、第1の縦糸(2’)が、布地の第1の面で少なくとも3本の横糸の上側に浮いて対応する縦糸の上側部分(5)を形成し、前記縦糸が、1本の横糸(3)の下側に浮いて1つの下側部分(4)を形成し、
前記第1の縦糸において、複数の上側部分の長さが、複数の下側部分の長さより長いものであり、
前記第1の縦糸(2’)に隣接して配置される2本の縦糸(2”、2”’)のそれぞれは、少なくとも3本の横糸の下側に浮いて、前記布地の第2の面に、対応する縦糸の上側部分(5)を形成し、

- ポリマー材料をさらに含み、前記ポリマー材料が、層として前記布地に接続するか、または、布地の糸と混じり合う、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の織布。
- 前記布地が別の布地と接続する、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の織布。
- コンポジット布地を作る方法であって、
一のダブルフェイス布地(1)を準備する工程と、
前記布地にポリマー材料(6)を少なくとも1回塗布する工程(10)と、
コーティングされた前記布地を処理し(8)、前記コーティングを前記布地の中に浸透させる工程と、
選択的に、前記コーティングを硬化させ(9)、硬化したポリマー層(6’)を形成し、前記布地の構造(2、3)の中に少なくとも一部分に配置する工程と、
を備える方法。 - コンポジット布地を作る方法であって、第1のダブルフェイス布地と、シングルフェイス布地から選択される別の布地と、第2のダブルフェイス布地とを、布地を接着層で結合することによって一緒に接続する工程を含む、方法。
- 前記第1または第2のダブルフェイス布地が、請求項16に記載の方法に従ってコーティングされる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記布地が、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の布地である、請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ネオプレン布地の特徴を有するコンポジット布地を作る方法であって、
前記方法は、
第1および第2のシングルフェイス布地を準備する工程と、
前記第1および第2のシングルフェイス布地をポリマー材料でコーティングする工程と、
コーティングプラスチック材料の重合のためにダブルフェイス布地を圧縮する工程と、
最終的なコンポジット布地を得る工程と、
を含み、
前記第1および第2のシングルフェイス布地は、横糸に弾性糸を用いる織りプロセスによって得られ、
前記コーティングする工程は、
第1および第2のシングルフェイス布地を第1のプラスチック材料で別個にコーティングすることと、
前記コーティングされた第1および第2のシングルフェイス布地をカレンダー加工によって結合することと、
前記ダブルフェイス布地を得ることと、
前記ダブルフェイス布地を第2のプラスチック材料でコーティングすることと
を有する方法。 - 前記ポリマー材料を塗布した後で、これを硬化させる前に、ダブルフェイス布地をカレンダー処理し、ポリマー材料を前記布地に浸透させる、請求項16または請求項20に記載の方法。
- 2種類の異なるポリマー材料が塗布される、請求項16または請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1および/または第2のポリマー材料が、アクリルポリマーまたはアクリレート分散物である、請求項16から22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
