まず、図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ100の全体構成について説明する。
次に、図3を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係るソレノイドバルブ200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態のソレノイドバルブ100と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 作動流体の流量を制御するソレノイドバルブであって、
作動流体が流れるバルブ通路を有するバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディ内に移動自在に設けられ前記バルブ通路の開閉を切り換える弁体と、
電流が流れると磁力を発生するコイル部と、
前記コイル部を囲うヨークと、
前記コイル部の内側に設けられ前記コイル部の磁力によって励磁されるステータコアと、
前記弁体と共に軸方向に沿って移動自在なシャフトと、
前記シャフトに固定され前記ステータコアとの間に作用する吸着力によって軸方向に移動するプランジャと、
前記コイル部の外側に設けられ作動流体が通過する流体通路と、
前記流体通路と連通し前記バルブボディ内の作動流体を前記流体通路へ導く導入通路と、
前記流体通路と連通し前記流体通路を通過した作動流体を前記ヨーク外へ排出する排出通路と、を備えることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記バルブ通路は、前記コイル部に電流を通電しない状態においては連通し、
前記導入通路は、前記バルブ通路が遮断された状態において、前記バルブボディ内に流入する作動流体を前記流体通路へ導くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記バルブ通路は、前記コイル部に電流を通電しない状態においては遮断され、
前記導入通路は、前記バルブ通路が遮断された状態において、前記バルブボディ内に流入する作動流体または前記バルブボディから流出する作動流体を前記流体通路へ導くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記バルブ通路は、前記バルブボディに流入する作動流体が通過する流入通路を有し、
前記導入通路は、前記流入通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記バルブ通路は、前記バルブボディから流出する作動流体が通過する流出通路を有し、
前記導入通路は、前記流出通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記コイル部は、
筒状のボビンと、
前記ボビンに巻きつけられ電流が流れると磁力を発生するコイルと、
前記コイルの外周を覆うシート部と、を有し、
前記流体通路は、前記シート部と前記ヨークとの間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記シート部は、放熱シートであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
