Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1の貯湯式給湯機が備える貯湯タンクユニット1の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1中のA−A断面図(縦断面図)である。図3は、図2中のB−B断面図(横断面図)である。図4は、図2中のC−C断面図(横断面図)である。
次に、図8及び図9を参照して、本発明の実施の形態2について説明するが、上述した実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、同一部分または相当部分は同一符号を付し説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 貯湯タンクと、
前記貯湯タンクの外周面から突出する補強部と、
前記貯湯タンクの外周面及び前記補強部を覆う厚肉部と、前記補強部より上の位置で前記貯湯タンクの外周面を覆う薄肉部とを有し、前記薄肉部の外径が前記厚肉部の外径より小さい成形断熱材と、
前記薄肉部の外周面を覆う真空断熱材と、
備える貯湯式給湯機。 - 前記厚肉部と前記薄肉部との境界に形成される段差に前記真空断熱材の下端が接する請求項1に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
- 前記補強部は、前記貯湯タンクの半分の高さの位置以下の高さにある請求項1または請求項2に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
- 前記薄肉部の厚さは、前記貯湯タンクの外周面から径方向への前記補強部の最大突出長さより小さい請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
- 前記成形断熱材は、前記厚肉部の下側に位置し前記貯湯タンクの外周面を覆う第二薄肉部を有し、前記第二薄肉部の外径が前記厚肉部の外径より小さい請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
