Abstract
【解決手段】温水が貯留される貯湯タンク11と、貯湯タンクを囲繞する複数の断熱材15a〜15dと、貯湯タンクおよび断熱材を収納する外装ケース17とを有する貯湯式給湯機を構成するにあたり、断熱材を貯湯タンクに押し付ける複数の凸部S1〜S4を外装ケースの内側面に設け、これにより、外装ケースを比較的薄肉にした場合でも当該外装ケースの外観を損なうことなく断熱材同士を密着させると共に断熱材と貯湯タンクとを密着させると共に、外装ケースと断熱材との接触部からの放熱量を抑える。

Claims (4)
- 温水が貯留される貯湯タンクと、該貯湯タンクを囲繞する複数の断熱材と、前記貯湯タンクおよび前記断熱材を収納する外装ケースとを有する貯湯式給湯機であって、
前記外装ケースは、前記断熱材を前記貯湯タンクに押し付ける複数の凸部をその内側面に有することを特徴とする貯湯式給湯機。 - 前記外装ケースは、該外装ケースでの左右の側面を形成するケーシング部材と、前後の側面を形成するケーシング部材と、上下面を形成するケーシング部材とを有し、前記左右の側面、前記前後の側面または前記上下面を形成するケーシング部材に前記凸部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
- 前記複数の凸部は、互いに並設された少なくとも2つの長尺状の凸部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の貯湯式給湯機。
- 前記複数の凸部は、全体形状が環形の凸部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の貯湯式給湯機。
