Abstract

Claims (15)
- 第1の試薬タイプを第1のサイクル時間の間に、第2の試薬タイプを第2のサイクル時間の間に、それぞれ第1の検査液に添加することを含む自動体外診断分析方法であって、
それぞれ、
前記第1の試薬タイプの前記第1の検査液への添加が、前記第1のサイクル時間の間に、第2の検査液への第2の試薬タイプの並行した添加を含み、
前記第2の試薬タイプの前記第1の検査液への添加が、前記第2のサイクル時間の間に、第3の検査液への第1の試薬タイプの並行した添加を含む、自動体外診断分析方法。 - 前記第1の試薬タイプおよび前記第2の試薬タイプの前記並行した添加が、単一のピペットヘッドを用いて行われ、前記単一のピペットヘッドは少なくとも2つのピペット装置を備える、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の試薬タイプの添加が、前記第1の試薬タイプを、静止容器ホルダによって保持されている容器に分注することを含み、前記第2の試薬タイプの添加が、前記第2の試薬タイプを、可動容器作業ステーションのグリッパによって保持されている容器に分注することを含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記第1の試薬タイプはインキュベーション試薬であり、前記第2の試薬タイプはタイムトリガ試薬である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の試薬タイプおよび前記第1の試薬タイプのそれぞれの並行した添加の間、前記グリッパによる容器と、前記静止容器ホルダによる容器とをそれぞれ異なる高さに保持することを含む、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 前記第2の試薬タイプを前記グリッパによって保持される容器に分注するために、前記グリッパを分注位置に移動させることを含み、前記分注位置は、同じサイクル時間内に前記第1の試薬タイプを必要とする、前記静止容器ホルダによって保持される容器の位置に基づいて、および、単一のピペットヘッド上の各ピペット装置間の距離に基づいて、定められる、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記グリッパによって保持される容器を検出位置に向かって移動させる間に、前記容器を振とうすることをさらに含む、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの静止容器ホルダと、容器グリッパを備える少なくとも1つの可動容器作業ステーションとを備える容器処理領域を含む体外診断分析システムであって、
前記システムは、
前記容器処理領域の上方の空間で移動可能な、少なくとも2つのピペット装置を備える少なくとも1つのピペットヘッドと、いくつかの予定された処理動作を実行するために、前記少なくとも1つの容器作業ステーション、前記少なくとも1つのピペットヘッドおよび前記少なくとも2つのピペット装置を制御するようにプログラムされる制御装置とをさらに備え、前記処理動作は、
第1の試薬タイプを第1のサイクル時間の間に、第2の試薬タイプを第2のサイクル時間の間に、それぞれ第1の検査液に添加することを含み、
それぞれ、
前記第1の試薬タイプの前記第1の検査液への添加が、前記第1のサイクル時間の間に、第2の検査液への第2の試薬タイプの並行した添加を含み、
前記第2の試薬タイプの前記第1の検査液への添加が、前記第2のサイクル時間の間に、第3の検査液への第1の試薬タイプの並行した添加を含む、体外診断分析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1の試薬タイプを前記静止容器ホルダによって保持される容器に添加するため、および、前記第2の試薬タイプを前記可動容器作業ステーションのグリッパによって保持される容器に添加するために、前記少なくとも2つのピペット装置および前記少なくとも1つの容器作業ステーションを制御するようにプログラムされる、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の試薬タイプおよび前記第2の試薬タイプの前記並行した添加の間、前記グリッパは、前記容器を前記静止容器ホルダによって保持される容器とは異なる高さに保持するように制御される、請求項8または9記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記第2の試薬タイプを前記グリッパによって保持される容器に分注するために、前記グリッパを分注位置に移動させるために前記容器作業ステーションを制御するようにさらにプログラムされ、前記分注位置は、同じサイクル時間内に前記第1の試薬タイプを必要とする、前記静止容器ホルダによって保持される容器の位置に基づいて、および、同じピペットヘッド上にある各ピペット装置間の距離に基づいて、定められる、請求項9または10記載のシステム。
- 前記容器処理領域が、1回に、少なくとも1つの容器を前記少なくとも1つの静止容器ホルダに供給するための容器搬入ステーションをさらに備える、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器作業ステーションが、前記少なくとも1つの静止容器ホルダの異なる容器保持位置間で容器を移送するために、前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれの静止容器ホルダに対して並進運動可能である、請求項8〜12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの静止容器ホルダが少なくとも1つの検出位置を含み、前記第2の試薬タイプの添加後、前記制御装置が、前記グリッパによって保持される容器を前記少なくとも1つの検出位置に移送するために、前記容器作業ステーションを制御するようにさらにプログラムされる、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器作業ステーションが、前記容器を前記静止容器ホルダの異なる位置間で移送する間の少なくとも一部に、前記グリッパによって保持される容器を振とうする振とう機構を備える、請求項13または14記載のシステム。
