Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)、特に電気車両用の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)であって、互いに電気接続されるとともに、少なくとも1つのスタック(3)内において少なくとも二つの圧力プレート(5)間に互いに前後又は上下に配設された、特に平坦で実質的にプレート状の複数のバッテリセル(4)を備える少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(2)を有し、少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(4)および/又は前記バッテリモジュール(2)がプラスチック構造体(7)によって包囲されている、特に発泡体によって被包されているものにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(4)が、前記圧力プレート(5)間においてクランプされた状態で発泡体によって被包されていることを特徴とする電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力プレート(5)、好ましくは、すべての圧力プレート(5)は、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの支持ブラケット(6)を有する請求項1記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記支持ブラケットは、前記エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)の外壁(1a)を通して案内される請求項2記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記支持ブラケット(6)は、前記圧力プレート(5)と一体に構成されている請求項2又は3記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記支持ブラケット(6)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記プラスチック構造体(7)によって包囲されている請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)の前記外壁(1a)は、前記バッテリモジュール(2)を包囲するハウジング(9)によって形成され、前記プラスチック構造体(7)によって満たされる空間が、前記バッテリモジュール(2)と前記ハウジング(9)との間に形成され、好ましくは、前記ハウジング(9)はアルミニウム、シートメタル又はプラスチックから成る請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(2)は、そのすべての側において前記ハウジング(9)から離間している請求項5記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(9)は、複数のパーツに構成され、少なくとも、底部(9a)と、その上に挿入可能な蓋部(9b)とから成り、好ましくは、前記底部(9a)と、前記蓋部(9b)とが共に前記プラスチック構造体(7)によって満たされている請求項5又は6記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 当該エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)の前記外壁(1a)は前記プラスチック構造体(7)によって形成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記プラスチック構造体構造体(7,8)は、発泡材構造体によって形成されている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 好ましくは断熱式に構成されている前記プラスチック構造体(7,8)は、密閉気孔構造を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 各バッテリセル(4)自身が、各バッテリモジュール(2)に加えて、プラスチック構造体(8)によって包囲されている請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記電気セル極(4’)は前記プラスチック構造体(7,8)から突出している請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記バッテリセル(4)はパウチセルとして構成され、前記プラスチック構造体(7,8)は、前記パウチセルの溶接シーム(4”)を包囲している請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 前記バッテリセル(4)は、金属缶セルとして構成されている請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 電気ケーブル(10c)、母線、少なくとも1つの冷却ライン(10a,10b)、少なくとも1つの空気ガイド、少なくとも1つのガス抜きライン、少なくとも1つの伝熱プレート、および/又は少なくとも1つの熱センサも、発泡体によって被包され、前記プラスチック構造体(7)によって包囲されている請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
- 冷却空気の空気ガイドのための少なくとも1つの空間が、前記蓋部(9b)と前記底部(9a)との間に形成されている請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギ貯蔵装置(1)。
