Claims (7)
- 電装部品を収容するためのバッテリーモジュールの電装品ハウジングであって、
外形を形成するハウジング本体と、
前記ハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれている金属支持構造体と、を含み、
前記金属支持構造体は、前記ハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれ、前記ハウジング本体の内側空間と絶縁された金属フレームを有し、
前記ハウジング本体は、底面を形成する底部、及び前記底部の周縁に沿って壁体を形成する壁面部を含み、
前記金属支持構造体は、前記底部及び前記壁面部の少なくとも一つの内部に埋め込まれ、
前記金属支持構造体は、少なくとも一つのバスバーを含み、
前記少なくとも一つのバスバーは、両端部にそれぞれ配置され、前記底部の角領域に設けられたボックス状の端子支持台の上面に水平に置かれた第1端子部および前記底部から垂直に直立して配置された第2端子部と、前記第1端子部および前記第2端子部の間で前記底部の内部を経由して電流経路を形成し、前記第1端子部と垂直に交差する部分が前記端子支持台の内部に埋め込まれ、他の部分が前記底部に埋め込まれた連結部とを有し、
前記バスバーの前記第1端子部および前記第2端子部は締結孔を備え、前記ハウジング本体の前記内側空間に露出し、前記バスバーの前記連結部は前記底部及び前記壁面部の少なくとも一つの内部に埋め込まれ、
前記ハウジング本体は、前記ハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれている前記バスバーの前記連結部のうち少なくとも一部分が前記ハウジング本体の外側に露出するように、前記底面の一部が切開された形態で、前記バスバーの前記連結部が埋め込まれた前記底部の背面にグレーチング構造で設けられた複数の放熱口をさらに含む、
電装品ハウジング。 - 前記ハウジング本体は、プラスチック素材からなり、前記金属支持構造体と一体化されて設けられた、請求項1に記載の電装品ハウジング。
- 前記金属フレームは、前記底部の横方向に延びる少なくとも一つの横フレーム、及び前記底部の縦方向に延びる少なくとも一つの縦フレームを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電装品ハウジング。
- 前記ハウジング本体は、前記底部から前記壁面部の外側に突出するフランジ部をさらに含み、
前記縦フレームは終端部にボルトが通過可能なブッシング孔を備え、前記ブッシング孔は前記フランジ部内に位置する、請求項3に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電装品ハウジングを含むバッテリーモジュール。

前記金属支持構造体は、前記ハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれ、前記ハウジング本体の内側空間と絶縁された金属フレームを有し、
前記金属支持構造体は、少なくとも一つのバスバーを含み、
前記バスバーは、両端部にそれぞれ配置され、前記ハウジング本体の底部の角領域に設けられたボックス状の端子支持台の上面に水平に置かれた第1端子部および前記底部から垂直に直立して配置された第2端子部と、前記第1端子部および前記第2端子部の間で前記底部の内部を経由して電流経路を形成し、前記第1端子部と垂直に交差する部分が前記端子支持台の内部に埋め込まれ、他の部分が前記底部に埋め込まれた連結部とを有し、
