前記ハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれている金属支持構造体と、を含む、電装品ハウジング。 - 前記ハウジング本体は、プラスチック素材からなり、
前記金属支持構造体と一緒にインサート射出方式で設けられた、請求項1に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 前記ハウジング本体は、底面を形成する底部、及び前記底部の周縁に沿って壁体を形成する壁面部を含み、
前記金属支持構造体は、前記底部及び前記壁面部の少なくとも一つの内部に埋め込まれている、請求項1または2に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 前記金属支持構造体は、少なくとも一つのバスバーを含み、
前記少なくとも一つのバスバーは、両端部に配置される端子部と、前記端子部の間で電流経路を形成する連結部とを有し、
前記バスバーの前記端子部は締結孔を備え、前記ハウジング本体の内側空間に露出し、前記バスバーの前記連結部は前記底部及び前記壁面部の少なくとも一つの内部に埋め込まれている、請求項3に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 前記底部の角領域にはボックス状の端子支持台がさらに備えられ、
前記バスバーの前記端子部の一側は前記端子支持台の上面に配置され、前記バスバーの前記端子部の他側は前記底面から直立して配置される、請求項4に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 前記ハウジング本体は、前記バスバーの前記連結部のうち少なくとも一部分が前記ハウジング本体の外側に露出するように、前記底面の一部が切開された形態で設けられた複数の放熱口をさらに含む、請求項4または5に記載の電装品ハウジング。
- 前記金属支持構造体は、前記底部の横方向に延びる少なくとも一つの横フレーム、及び前記底部の縦方向に延びる少なくとも一つの縦フレームを含む、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の電装品ハウジング。
- 前記ハウジング本体は、前記底部から前記壁面部の外側に突出するフランジ部をさらに含み、
前記縦フレームは終端部にボルトが通過可能なブッシング孔を備え、前記ブッシング孔は前記フランジ部内に位置する、請求項7に記載の電装品ハウジング。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電装品ハウジングを含むバッテリーモジュール。
- 電装部品を収容するためのバッテリーモジュールの電装品ハウジングの製造方法であって、
金属支持構造体がハウジング本体の内部に埋め込まれるようにインサート射出成形するハウジング射出段階を含む、電装品ハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記金属支持構造体は、少なくとも一つのバスバーを含み、
前記バスバーは、両端部に配置される端子部と、前記端子部の間で電流経路を形成する連結部とを有し、
前記バスバーの前記端子部は締結孔を備え、前記ハウジング本体の内側空間に露出し、前記バスバーの前記連結部は前記ハウジング本体の底部及び壁面部の少なくとも一つの内部に埋め込まれる、請求項10に記載の電装品ハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記金属支持構造体は、前記ハウジング本体の横方向及び縦方向の少なくとも一方向に延びる横フレーム及び縦フレームを含む、請求項10または11に記載の電装品ハウジングの製造方法。
