Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリシステムは、複数の角形電池1が電池ホルダー4でもって積層状態に固定されてなる電池ブロック3と、この電池ブロック3の下面に熱結合するように配設されると共に、内部には中空部18を有する冷却プレート8と、この冷却プレート8の中空部18に配管してなる冷却パイプ6と、この冷却パイプ6に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給機7からなる。中空の冷却プレート8は、電池ブロック3の下面に熱結合してなる表面プレート8Aを有すると共に、この表面プレート8Aの内面に接触して中空部18に冷却パイプ6を配管している。さらに、冷却プレート8は、中空部18に、プラスチック発泡体9を充填している。

Description
バッテリシステムは、複数の角形電池1、31が電池ホルダー4、34でもって積層状態に固定されてなる電池ブロック3、33と、この電池ブロック3、33の下面に熱結合するように配設されると共に、内部には中空部18、48を有する冷却プレート8、38と、この冷却プレート8、38の中空部18、48に配管してなる冷却パイプ6、36と、この冷却パイプ6、36に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給機7、37からなる。中空の冷却プレート8、38は、電池ブロック3、33の下面に熱結合してなる表面プレート8A、38Aを有すると共に、この表面プレート8A、38Aの内面に接触して中空部18、48に冷却パイプ6、36を配管している。さらに、冷却プレート8、38は、中空部18、48に、プラスチック発泡体9を充填している。

Claims (5)
- 複数の角形電池が電池ホルダーでもって積層状態に固定されてなる電池ブロックと、この電池ブロックの下面に熱結合するように配設されると共に、内部には中空部を有する冷却プレートと、この冷却プレートの中空部に配管してなる冷却パイプと、この冷却パイプに冷媒を供給する冷媒供給機からなるバッテリシステムであって、
前記中空の冷却プレートが、電池ブロックの下面に熱結合してなる表面プレートを有すると共に、この表面プレートの内面に接触して中空部に冷却パイプを配管しており、さらに、冷却プレートの中空部にはプラスチック発泡体が充填されてなるバッテリシステム。 - 前記冷却プレートの中空部に充填されるプラスチック発泡体がウレタンフォームである請求項1に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記冷却プレートの中空部に充填してなるプラスチック発泡体が、中空部に注入されて発泡、硬化してなるウレタンフォームである請求項2に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記冷却プレートの中空部に充填されるプラスチック発泡体が独立気泡を有する請求項1に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記冷却パイプが扁平部を有する断面形状で、扁平部を表面プレートに接触してなる請求項1に記載されるバッテリシステム。
