Abstract
Description
・少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント(無機又は有機ガラス)、特に少なくとも2枚の透明ガラス板と、
・任意選択的な、前記2つのグレージングエレメントの間の少なくとも1つの(一般に有機材料で作製された)積層中間層と、
・少なくとも1つの導波路エレメントであり、屈折率が隣接するエレメント(中間層及び/又はグレージング)(すなわちその主面と接触するエレメント)の屈折率よりも高く、特に積層中間層の1つの面に及び/又は2つのグレージングエレメントの間に配置された、(有利には有機材料で作製された)少なくとも1つの導波路エレメントと、
・少なくとも1つの(特に可視線及び/又は紫外線)光源であり、特に導波路エレメントにそのエッジ面を介して光を照射するため当該グレージングユニットのエッジに配置された、少なくとも1つの光源と、
・少なくとも1つの繊維構造体によって形成された少なくとも1つの光抽出手段(又は抽出手段としての少なくとも1つの繊維構造体)であり、この構造体(繊維から形成された)は有利には少なくとも1つの布帛(又は少なくとも1つの布帛層又はウェブ)の形態をなし(又は形態をとっており)、この構造体(又は抽出手段)は導波路エレメントのコア内に配置されて(又は位置して)いる(又はコア内に組み込まれている)、少なくとも1つの光抽出手段と、
を含む。
・有利には自動車又は輸送手段向けの、発光グレージングルーフ又は発光ウィンドウ(リアウィンドウ、サイドウィンドウ、フロントガラス)として使用され、特に公共輸送機関(列車、地下鉄、路面電車、バス)又は水上輸送機関又は空中輸送機関(航空機)において、発光ガラスドアとして使用され、又は公道又は都市の照明のために使用されるもの、
・建築用グレージング向けに使用されるもの、例えば照明(又は発光)壁パネル、照明窓、天井、発光性の床又は壁タイル、発光ガラスドア、発光パーティション、又は階段などを形成するために使用されるもの、
・都市設備向けに使用されるもの、例えばバス待合所、手すり、展示ケース、店舗のショーウィンドウ、棚エレメント、温室、宝石陳列ケース、水槽、柵、階段の蹴上げ板、台座などのための発光ガラス部分に使用されるもの、
・内装設備向けに使用されるもの、例えば発光性の浴室壁、発光ミラー、家具部品の発光ガラス部分、キッチン調理台、はねよけ板、調理用フードのバックパネル、床又は壁のタイル、冷蔵庫部品(棚)などに使用されるもの、あるいは、
・家庭用又は業務用の冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、又は調理機器(例えばガラスセラミックプレート)などに使用されるもの、
であることができる。
・第1透明シート2は、例えば無機ガラスから作製された長方形のシート(例えば面積300mm×300mm)であり、第1主面3と、第2主面4と、好ましくは丸みを帯びた(フレーキングを回避するために)エッジ面5とを有し、例として、厚さが例えば2.1mmで屈折率が1.51のPlanilux(商標)ソーダ石灰シリカガラス板(サン−ゴバン・グラス社により販売される)であり、
・第2ガラス板2’は、第1シートと同じ組成及び寸法を有するか、又は任意選択的に日照制御機能をもたらす着色組成を有し(例えば、サン−ゴバン・グラス社によって販売されるVenus(商標) VG10又はTSA 4+ガラス)、及び/又は日照制御コーティングで被覆されていて、屈折率が1.51であり、面4と対向する主面4’と、もう一つの主面3’と、エッジ面5’とを有しており、そして、
・ポリカーボネートシート6は、導波路エレメントを構成しており、このシートは、積層ユニットの他のエレメントよりもサイズが大きく、第1主面7と第2主面8とエッジ面9とを有していて、そのコア/主部内に屈折率1.57の繊維構造体10を組み込んでおり、そして積層ユニットから突出する2つの側端部のそれぞれに、発光ダイオードによって形成された1つ又は2つ以上の光源11を有している。
Claims (12)
- 以下のものを含む発光グレージングユニット:
・少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント、特に少なくとも2枚の透明ガラス板、
・該2つのグレージングエレメントの間の、任意選択的な少なくとも1つの積層中間層、
・少なくとも1つの導波路エレメントであって、特に該積層中間層の1つの面に及び/又は該2つのグレージングエレメントの間に位置しており、屈折率が隣接エレメントの屈折率よりも高い、少なくとも1つの導波路エレメント、
・少なくとも1つの光源であって、該導波路エレメントにそのエッジ面を介して光を照射するため特に該グレージングユニットのエッジに配置された、少なくとも1つの光源、及び、
・少なくとも1つの繊維構造体によって形成された少なくとも1つの光抽出手段であって、有利には少なくとも1つの布帛の形態をなし、該導波路エレメントのコア内に配置された、少なくとも1つの光抽出手段。 - 前記繊維構造体が、前記導波路エレメントの厚さ内、又は2つの導波路エレメント間もしくは導波路エレメント部分間、又は該導波路エレメントのエッジ面、特に1つ又は2つ以上の前記光源を受容するエッジとは反対側の部分もしくは該エッジのうちの一方に配置されており、該繊維構造体の厚さが好ましくは該導波路エレメントのそれ以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光グレージングユニット。
- 前記繊維構造体が、少なくとも2つの異なる方向に延在する繊維、特に絡み合った又は交じり合った繊維を、特に不織、製織又は編成構造体の形態でもって、含んでおり、特に少なくとも1つの繊維ベールであるか少なくとも1つの繊維ベールから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発光グレージングユニット。
- 前記導波路エレメントの屈折率と隣接した前記エレメントのおのおのの屈折率との差が少なくとも0.05であり、特に好ましくは少なくとも0.1であり、又は少なくとも0.2であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの1項に記載の発光グレージングユニット。
- 前記導波路エレメントがポリカーボネート又はポリスチレンで作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの1項に記載の発光グレージングユニット。
- 前記抽出手段が少なくとも1種の結合剤及び/又は繊維封入媒体を更に含み、前記繊維構造体の繊維の屈折率と前記結合剤及び/又は封入媒体の屈折率との差の絶対値が0.05以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までの1項に記載の発光グレージングユニット。
- 請求項1から6までの1項に記載の発光グレージングユニットを製造する方法であって、少なくとも1つの導波路エレメントのコアに少なくとも1つの繊維構造体を加え、そしてこの集成体を少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント及び任意選択的に積層中間層の間に積層することを含み、前記導波路エレメントの屈折率が隣接するエレメントの屈折率よりも高い、発光グレージングユニットの製造方法。
- 前記繊維構造体を前記導波路を形成するためのプラスチックシート上に配置し、その後この集成体を該プラスチックが軟化して前記繊維が前記シート内に入り込むまで加熱するか、あるいは、該繊維構造体を該シートに押し付けることによって該繊維を該シート内に埋め込み、次いでこの集成体を少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント及び任意選択的に1つ又は2つ以上の積層中間層の間に積層して、得られた積層ユニットを任意選択的に炉を通過させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維構造体を成形型内に配置してから、前記導波路と繊維構造体とを含む層を形成するため前記導波路エレメントを形成するためのポリマーを注入し、次いでこの集成体を少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント及び任意選択的に1つ又は2つ以上の積層中間層の間に積層し、得られた積層ユニットを任意選択的に炉を通過させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維構造体を、該当する場合にはその結合剤及び/又は封入媒体と一緒に、2つの導波路部分の間又は導波路のエッジ面に配置してから、この集成体を少なくとも2つのグレージングエレメント及び任意選択的に1つ又は2つ以上の積層中間層の間に積層することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6までの1項に記載の発光グレージングユニットを組み込んでいる自動車。
- 輸送手段での、又は建築用グレージングユニットとしての、又は家具類のグレージングユニットとしての、又はプラナーランプとしての、請求項1から6までの1項に記載のグレージングユニットの使用。
