Claims (11)
- 拡張アンカー(1)であって、
拡張部分(13)を有するアンカーボルト(10)と、
拡張スリーブ(30)であって、当該アンカーボルト(10)を包囲するとともに当該拡張部分(13)の引き込みによって拡張可能である、拡張スリーブと、
当該アンカーボルト(10)上に設けられたばね要素(50)であって、当該アンカーボルト(10)を貫通孔(4)内に挿入することで張設され得るとともに、続いて張力が解除されると当該アンカーボルト(10)の当該拡張部分(13)を当該拡張スリーブ(30)内に引き込ませることができる、ばね要素と
を備えるものであって、
さらに当該ばね要素(50)の当該設定張力が達成されていることを示す指標要素(60)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする拡張アンカー。 - 前記指標要素(60)はアンカーボルト(10)に機械的に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記指標要素(60)は前記ばね要素(50)上に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記ばね要素(50)が、少なくとも1つの円板ばね(51)を含み、前記指標要素(60)が、前記円板ばね(51)に連結されるとともに設定張力が達成されると前記円板ばね(51)から少なくとも部分的に離脱する指標リング(61)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記円板ばね(51)と前記指標リング(61)とが前記アンカーボルト(10)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記指標要素(60)は、前記ばね要素(50)の変形によって、または前記アンカーボルト(10)に関連する要素(20)の衝撃によって、作動され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記アンカーボルト(10)は、前記アンカーボルト(10)上に配置されるナット(20)によって形成される前記ばね要素(50)の軸方向支持部を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 停止部(12)が、前記アンカーボルト(10)上に設けられており、前記停止部は、前記拡張部分(13)を超える前記拡張スリーブ(30)の変位を制限する、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 前記ばね要素(50)は漸減ばね特性(degressive spring characteristic)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー。
- 貫通孔(4)が形成されている基材(3)と、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の前記貫通孔(4)内に格納される拡張アンカー(1)と、から成るシステム。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の拡張アンカー(1)を設置するための方法であって、
貫通穴(4)が基材(3)内に設けられ、
前記拡張アンカー(1)の前記拡張スリーブ(30)が、前記アンカーボルト(10)に軸方向力を付与することによって前記貫通孔(4)内に挿入され、
前記拡張アンカー(1)の前記ばね要素(50)が、前記アンカーボルト(10)に対して軸方向力を付与することによって設定張力になるよう張設されており、前記指標要素(60)が前記設定張力に達したことを示し、
前記アンカーボルト(10)の前記拡張部分(13)は、前記ばね要素(50)内に蓄積されているエネルギーによって前記拡張スリーブ(30)内に引き込まれ、それにより、前記拡張スリーブ(30)が、径方向に拡張するとともに前記貫通孔(4)内に前記拡張アンカー(1)を固定する
ことからなる方法。
