Claims (4)
- 長手方向の軸(10)をもつアンカーボルト(2)の第1の端部区間(6)に拡張要素(3)を有するアンカーボルト(2)と、
荷重を保持するための、少なくとも1つのアンカーボルト(2)の締付け手段(20)と、
アンカーボルト(2)を囲む拡張スリーブ(4)と、
当該拡張スリーブ(4)を展開するための少なくとも1つの偏心形状体(11、12)と
からなる拡張式アンカー(1)の留め付け方法であって、
ドリル孔へ当該拡張式アンカー(1)を挿入するステップと、
当該拡張スリーブ(4)が、当該ドリル孔の壁に対して放射状に拡張されるように、当該拡張式アンカー(1)の当該拡張スリーブ(4)を展開するステップと
からなり、
当該拡張要素(3)を伴う当該アンカーボルト(2)は回転動作され、当該拡張スリーブ(4)が、当該回転動作により、少なくとも一つの当該偏心形状体(11、12)により展開され、
当該拡張スリーブ(4)が少なくとも一つの当該偏心形状体(11、12)により展開された後、またはその間、当該アンカーボルト(2)の当該回転動作により、当該アンカーボルト(2)は、当該ドリル孔の口の方へ、当該軸方向に平行移動し、そして結果として、当該拡張スリーブ(4)は、当該拡張要素(3)の円錐形状のため展開される、
ことを特徴とする拡張式アンカーの留め付け方法。 - 前記回転動作の軸(9)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)の長手方向の軸(10)の回転動作に対応する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 回転力が、前記アンカーボルト(2)を前記拡張要素(3)とともに回転させるために、ドリル孔の外の前記アンカーボルト(2)の回転工具ソケット(14)に作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーボルト(2)は、少なくとも1つの前記締付け手段(20)によりナット(23)が、アンカーボルト(2)のねじ山(21)にねじ締めされることにより、前記軸方向に平行移動する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
