Claims (14)
- 電気炉(10)、特に製鋼用アーク炉(10)の稼働中に電極材料の消耗を決定するための方法であって、
少なくとも一つの計量デバイス(42)によって、前記電気炉(10)内部に配置された又は前記電気炉内に導入される少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を決定することを備える方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が自動的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が少なくとも二つの異なる時点において決定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が前記電気炉(10)の溶融工程期間の前及び後において決定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記重量が、前記電気炉(10)を備えたシステムの操作デバイス(18、32)に組み込まれた計量デバイス(42)によって決定され、
前記計量デバイス(42)が好ましくは輸送デバイス(32)に組み込まれ、前記輸送デバイス(32)を用いて、前記電気炉(10)内部に配置され好ましくは保持デバイス(18)によって前記電気炉(10)内に保持される前記電極柱(12)が、前記電気炉(10)の中に輸送され及び/若しくは前記電気炉(10)の外に輸送され、並びに/又は、前記輸送デバイス(32)を用いて、前記電気炉(10)の外に配置された電極柱(12)が前記電気炉(10)の中に輸送され、及び/又は、
前記計量デバイス(42)が保持デバイス(18)に組み込まれ、前記保持デバイス(18)によって、前記電極柱(12)が前記電気炉(10)の稼働中に適所に、好ましくは前記保持デバイス(18)の調節デバイスに保持され、前記調節デバイスを用いて、前記保持デバイス(18)が調節可能、例えば高さ調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一つの歪みゲージ(44)、少なくとも一つの力変換器、及び/又は、前記電極柱(12)用の保持デバイス(18)を調節するための液圧システムに配置された少なくとも一つの圧力測定素子を用いて、好ましくは金属歪みゲージ又は光学歪みゲージを用いて、前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が、連続的に、少なくとも準連続的に、好ましくは1から500Hzの間の時間分解能で決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電気炉(10)、特に製鋼用アーク炉(10)の電極材料の消耗を決定するための装置であって、
前記電気炉(10)内に配置された又は前記電気炉(10)内に導入される少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を決定するための少なくとも一つの計量デバイス(42)を備え、前記計量デバイス(42)が、前記電気炉(10)を備えたシステムの操作デバイス(18、32)に組み込まれている、装置。 - 前記電極柱(12)の重量を自動的に決定するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が輸送デバイス(32)に組み込まれて、前記輸送デバイス(32)が、前記電気炉(10)の内部に配置され好ましくは保持デバイス(18)によって前記電気炉(10)内に保持される前記電極柱(12)を受け取り、前記電気炉(10)内部に前記電極柱(12)を輸送し及び/若しくは前記電気炉(10)の外に前記電極柱(12)を輸送し、並びに/又は、前記電気炉(10)の外に配置された電極柱(12)を前記電気炉(10)の中に輸送するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が保持デバイス(18)に組み込まれ、前記保持デバイス(18)が、前記電気炉(10)の溶融工程中に前記電極柱(12)を保持するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が前記保持デバイス(18)の支持アーム(22)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が、少なくとも一つの歪みゲージ(44)、少なくとも一つの力変換器、及び/又は、前記電極柱(12)用の保持デバイス(18)を調節するための液圧システムに配置された少なくとも一つの圧力測定素子を備え、好ましくは金属歪みゲージ又は光学歪みゲージを備えることを特徴とする請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が、前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を連続的に、少なくとも準連続的に、好ましくは1から500Hzの間の時間分解能で決定するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
