Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para determinar el consumo de material de electrodos durante el funcionamiento de un horno eléctrico, en particular un horno de arco para la producción de acero, en donde el método comprende la determinación del peso de al menos una columna de electrodos, que está dispuesta en el horno eléctrico o se va a introducir en el horno eléctrico, usando un dispositivo de pesaje. La presente invención se refiere además a un dispositivo para determinar el consumo de material de electrodos de un horno eléctrico, en particular un horno de arco para la producción de acero, en el que el dispositivo comprende un dispositivo de pesaje para determinar el peso de por lo menos una columna de electrodos que está dispuesto en el horno eléctrico o se va a introducir en el horno eléctrico, en el que el dispositivo de pesaje está integrado en un dispositivo en funcionamiento de un sistema que comprende el horno eléctrico. Las condiciones de vibración de una columna de electrodo durante el funcionamiento de un horno eléctrico también se pueden determinar con el método de acuerdo con la invención y con el dispositivo según la invención.
